Television too small. Furniture in the room old. Air-conditioning, Bathroom drainage should be checked by staff before room is offered to customers. Pre-ordered and paid for fruit basket was delivered after reminder. Reception staff could be little bit more welcoming. All else was good. So 70% good, 30+ can be improved.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and a special mention for Ludmila who is very helpful. people at the bar were very friendly too and at the spa I didn’t go but at the gym and at the pool. Yes I’d like it very much. Igor is a great personal trainer.
