The staff is not friendly, it is clear that there are some rules and regulations, but it was still unpleasant that they were not allowed into the pool with coffee from Starbucks. I'm already silent about the situation when the hotel confused something with the rooms and when we arrived, we canceled the reservation of one room, the children and I stood for an hour to find out where we would sleep at 3 a.m. As a result, they only had the presidential one left and had to pay extra. By the way, breakfast is immediately taken away at the last minute, come in advance if you decide.

At my request to call the police, they offered me to go to the police station 5 km away. Unfortunately, the flight was the next day in the morning, it was evening, so I decided not to go to the station. I think the staff is in business, behaved brazenly, entering the room, the main guard began to search the room.
