The location of the hotel is very good, it is located next to the park. shops , transport, bank, everything is within walking distance. The room is simple, but it couldn't be better for this money. There is a kitchen with everything you need. The owners are very nice people , a separate heart for Charlie the dog 🫶🏻

Very good location. The hostess is Russian. Reasonable minimalism. It's pretty good for that kind of money. Quiet and peaceful.The mattresses were only unsuccessful in the room.And yet, the kitchen is very short of a stove. For those who want to have a good time, I think this is not the place. The owners have kids on the ground floor there, revelry will not be allowed.In the room at the door, you will be greeted by a list of what you can and cannot do.We have children ourselves, so we liked it.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of New Athos. You can walk to caves, monastery, waterfalls. Nearby is the Swan Park. To the sea from 2 minutes (in a straight line), up to 5 minutes via a pedestrian crossing. The room had air conditioning, mosquito net, TV. Two showers and two toilets on each floor. Paper and soap are always available. Everything was clean, there were no queues. Hot water around the clock.
The dining area is downstairs, spoons, plates, forks, cups - all utensils are available. Electric kettle, microwave, slow cooker. Dishwashing detergents.
The hosts are friendly, they will always help if necessary.
Nearby there are shops, cafes, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank within walking distance.
