Just yesterday, on August 24, 2024, we arrived from New Athos, where we lived in the Raduga guest house. We went with a travel agency and did not immediately specify what conditions we would live in. And the conditions turned out to be so-so. The only advantage of this guest house is its location. Very close to the beach, park, around a lot of canteens, cafes, shops and near the branch of Sberbank and post office. That's all the advantages. The rest is with a minus sign. There is a kitchen, but there is no stove. How to cook food is not clear. A microwave, an electric kettle, which is clearly not enough for all vacationers, 2 refrigerators, one of which is old and small. The ironing board is far from the outlet. We have to drag her back and forth. An iron with a burnt sole, white can not be ironed, immediately traces! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Toilet seats do not match the shape and size of the toilet, much smaller! The showers are dirty! There is no lighting in the yard. It is clear that this is an economy accommodation option, but the economy is different. In general, friends, don't set foot there anymore! There is a choice now. And I do not recommend this guest house.

We arrived from Athos a week ago, rested in this guest house, we liked everything: economy class rooms, but with air conditioning, which is very important in the current heat. The toilet and shower are on the floor, but they are always clean, there is never a queue. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes to the sea, all the sights are within walking distance. The hosts are very hospitable, it is clear that they are trying very hard to make their guest house even better. The kitchen has everything for proper cooking: kettle, microwave, slow cooker, everything is clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come again!

Very good location. The hostess is Russian. Reasonable minimalism. It's pretty good for that kind of money. Quiet and peaceful.The mattresses were only unsuccessful in the room.And yet, the kitchen is very short of a stove. For those who want to have a good time, I think this is not the place. The owners have kids on the ground floor there, revelry will not be allowed.In the room at the door, you will be greeted by a list of what you can and cannot do.We have children ourselves, so we liked it.
