I recently treated my teeth again at the Raffa-Dent dental clinic, more precisely, on November 14, 2024. In general, I have been treating my teeth here since 2010. We have long been familiar with the director of this clinic, Irina Vladimirovna Lapteikina, and I really like the strategy of their company: to preserve the teeth of their patients as much as possible. I had to see a lot in my life, when unscrupulous specialists try to make the most money on one tooth and do what they should not have done. I wanted to come to them earlier, but they had a scheduled check from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. I decided to wait for the end of the check. Their clinic has successfully passed a multidisciplinary check and has now resumed receiving patients at a new level of equipment. This time, my teeth were treated by a Doctor with a capital letter - Maria Vladimirovna. I liked that she shows a high level of intelligence, radiant benevolence, sensitivity and attentiveness to all kinds of situations. She immediately reacted to the reactions of my body during the treatment process and helped me get through these difficult situations. The entire volume of treatment was carried out at the highest professional level, especially the upper 7th tooth, which is very difficult to access. I had to seal three channels, eliminate the foci of infection, and restore the fallen part of the tooth. In truth, we can say that she has completely restored the tooth and it is now as good as new. I also want to thank the assistants who helped in the treatment process, the administrators who organize the service at the highest level: they select the best time for the patient, remind them in advance and are interested in the visit. I also noted that they have modern equipment in the clinic: for example, nozzles for sealing channels made only in Switzerland - these are such thin bores, but very durable. As a mining engineer, I asked about the tool, we had to drill holes underground at a depth of 730 m and the quality of the tool was very important for us. I understand that for the treatment of hard-to-reach teeth, a high level of knowledge, a filigree dentist's technique and a very high-quality and reliable tool are needed. In such a situation, one wrong action and a tooth is removed. During several visits, Maria Vladimirovna cured three of my teeth and I am very glad that I waited for their clinic to open after checking and did not go to some other center to try my luck. I am grateful that at one time I got acquainted with the excellent dental clinic "Raffa-Dent". The level of service provision is high and the prices are quite affordable. I recommend other people to use the services of such great doctors and specialists of Raffa-Dent.

I highly DO NOT recommend this dentistry. She applied for tooth extraction and the installation of a gum shaper for an implant. The preliminary cost was announced as "about 1000 BEL rub". After completing the treatment, without any prior approval, I was billed 2,240.00, twice the original cost! Be careful and specify all the details of the treatment and its cost in advance, so as not to get into the same situation. The second stage of the transplant was in another clinic, I told the situation, the doctors were just shocked!!! I don't recommend this clinic to anyone if you don't want to lose your money and nerves!
