Nice family hotel! Very tasty Italian Piatti restaurant) pleasant staff, clean) in general, the food is very decent, the rooms are huge) the only minus is probably the beach - it's unpleasant to walk on the sand, a lot of some stones and the entrance to the sea is also not very good, but this is a palm tree, there is no better beach than on Madinata, as for me) and more Please contact the hotel administration!! Please do something with midges / flies in huge quantities by the pool and on the veranda where breakfast takes place, just as soon as food appears on the tables, a swarm of flies swoops down that just don't give you a proper meal , it's very unpleasant, I'm sure you can somehow deal with it , and you don't really eat by the pool , because you these flies attack immediately (
And so in general we love the hotel and it is very comfortable with children)

Great hotel. My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary there. We were there for 5 days in July 2024 from the 11th-16th.I don't really like hotels in the style of a lot of gold, heavy Empire... but here it turned out that due to the fact that the hotel is bright, it doesn't look like the castle of a turned aristocrat. Take rooms from the Royal Club...access to the lounge all day ...drinks snacks....I recommend it this way, more fun. There are almost no shops in the hotel, but it doesn't matter.40-50 dirhams on Yandex taxi and you are at any mall ..of those that I have been Better so far, only Cullinnan .. ..I recommend... The Kempinski chain, but it is much more modern

The hotel is incomparable.
Cleanliness, comfort, elegant furniture, dishes, excellent breakfasts, lunches, dinners.
I liked everything very much, the hotel really works out its 5 stars.
I took off the star in one case, I describe it.
But in the very last hours before leaving, everything was overshadowed by just one person.
When we had already checked out of the room, we made a check-in (by the way, which was kindly extended to us until 15.00 without additional payment).
But we still had time to stay at the hotel and have lunch, we decided to visit an Italian restaurant and eat by paying in cash, because we had already checked out.
However, the restaurant administrator Alexandra decided differently.
There are no tables, and she came up and defiantly rudely asked us to leave the table for which (empty and without a sign Reserved) We sat down.
In disbelief, we stood up and looking back at the half-empty hall, we were just taken aback.
Then we were offered ATTENTION! Stand aside while they prepare a table for us.Well, somehow being in a hotel of this level, you absolutely do not want to stand on the sidelines and feel superfluous. What was said to her, after that we were invited to sit at an empty table and wait for him.
Excuse me, but what were we supposed to wait for at an empty table, that it was impossible to serve us at this table?
This is just NONSENSE, I have not seen this anywhere else, and to see such an attitude of the staff in the most luxurious hotel in Dubai is simply left perplexed. Moreover, the rest of the staff was always on top during the week of rest, except for the girl Alexandra.
It turns out that one person, a couple of hours before departure, just took and crossed out the whole week of a great vacation.
And already the hotel is not happy, and I do not advise anyone to recommend it, although everything could have been different. That's how it happens too.
