This is a great hotel.
Decent 5*, which the staff supports through courtesy, friendliness, good service, maintaining excellent condition.
The hotel itself is in a convenient location. Nearby: circus, stadium, metro station "Auezov theater". Some rooms on high floors offer magnificent mountain views. Rooms with different areas. All rooms have balconies.
Excellent pool in the basement, after renovation. There is a steam room at the pool (hammam, Finnish sauna, Russian sauna), a gym. The rooms correspond to the cost.
There are restaurants and cafes on the ground floor 24/7.
A good breakfast can be included in the room rate or eaten separately. It is convenient for business meetings in a relaxed format.
The taxi arrives at the entrance of the hotel, under a canopy.

I did not stay at the hotel, but participated in the seminar, which was excellent. The staff helped with the event, organized coffee breaks and dinner. The hotel itself is not an ordinary design inside, I liked it. It was comfortable.

in general, the norms! buffet breakfast. lunch at the restaurant is only (sort of). the entrance group is under repair now. cozy, friendly. in the city center, 30 minutes drive from the airport.

One of the top hotels in the city. Rooms at reasonable prices if booked in advance. We have been staying here for the third year. The lobby provides excellent food 24/7

The room is on the second floor
The room above the smoking room. It smells strongly of tobacco smoke. Things instantly acquire a persistent aroma . The windows can't be opened, the air conditioner can't cope. The same absence of a valve in the sink.
The lighting in the rooms leaves much to be desired. There is very little of it
The air conditioning is similar everywhere.

A pleasant hotel. I stopped for work. There are toilet kits, a swimming pool, a sauna. It's fashionable to go down to the bar in the evening. The rooms are not padded.
