We were in this apartment, there is a railway station and a bus station nearby, the apartments are modern, although the building looks old. To enter it, you need to go where the currency exchange is, then go further to the elevator, if you have an apartment, then you need to go to the 5th floor, get out, enter the password from the entrance and you are at the reception. You do not need to take the key at the reception, you should receive a message with a code on your phone. Enter the code from the entrance to the reception and the code from the room, and that's it. The main disadvantage is a very small toilet with barely warm water in the shower. Plus, the apartments are not the cleanest.
