Nice place. The employees are always helpful and polite. They got a praying room too, but for all, not a separate one for women/men.
And a couple of shops available inside where they mostly sell sweets and cakes.
Inside the train it is always clean, and trains are always on time.

Необходимо больше автоматизации оказываемых услуг. Это на перспективу.
В нынешней ситуации нужно привлечь больше волонтеров - можно из числа студентов профильных учебных заведений.
«Очереди» - явно, одно из самых слабых мест нашего народа. Их жизненно важно направлять, организовывать. С ними нужно работать.
Кассиры молодцы, слов нет. Действия выверены до автоматизма.
Со стоянкой - большая проблема, как подфартит.

Билетов никогда нет! В кассе купить - время терять. Персонал временами вежливый (через одну). Может, ретроградный Юпитер/Меркурий/Месюки. Короче, как повезет. Иногда можно очень уговорить и купить то, что не продавалось. Тут главное - терпение и стальные нервы. Непосредственно перед выездом появляются места (кто-то сдаёт, кто-то из органов снимает бронь). Но это очень часто работает! Но как русская рулетка!

ЖД вокзал красивый. Видно, что следят за безопасностью пассажиров. Внутрь вокзала пускают только при наличии билетов. Для меня было удивление отсутствие возможности покупки билетов на поезд до Самарканда на этот же день и на два дня вперёд. Об этом нужно беспокоится заранее и покупать билеты on-line. Пришлось ехать на автобусе. Но это другая история)

На самом вокзале не был, вход по жд билетам. Из положительного от вокзала идёт много автобусов по городу, практически по всему Ташкенту. Движение по кольцевой дороге. А так же то. То рядом православная церковь точнее Собор.
