жк raymbek,не качественная жк,нет сейсмостойкий изолятор ,двор тесный,фасад и внутри отделька не качественная ,дом стоит 25см -й бетон балках так что не дом а кладбишь для людей построили ,не ком случии нельзя в этом эк квартира пробрести очень опасно,дорого и не надёжно,кто пробрель надо возвротить обротныйже застройшики чтобы другие не постродали опасный район опасный дом.
