We ordered crayfish with delivery. Crayfish may be delicious, but the service is de m0, which has been going on all evening. They did not issue an invoice for delivery, as all normal establishments do, but called a courier with a post-payment in cash, without warning about it. Therefore, I had to go back up to the 16th floor, then go back down, look for cash, which might not be there. Oh, yes, I also had to pay extra for waiting for the courier. When I wrote about it in the BOS, they replied to me — "well, you didn't specify." Mmm, it smelled like shifting responsibility to the client. And all this might not have happened if they had just initially charged the amount for delivery along with the bill for crayfish. With this attitude, I don't want to order any crayfish anymore, and I'm not in the mood to eat these either. A ruined evening for 200+ lari — greetings! I do not recommend it, it feels like someone has spat in my face
