The worst hotel we have ever visited outside of Russia. Initially, they were settled in room 108, they promised to register later, the next morning. The payment receipt was not issued. The room turned out to be unsuitable for living, small in size, there was no wardrobe, chairs, stools, racks for suitcases in the room, and there was no place for this furniture. At our request, one chair was brought to us from the lobby, and it completely blocked the approach to the hanger. There were no sockets in the room not only for charging the phone, but also for the refrigerator standing there, the TV had to be turned off to charge the phones, and the phones themselves had to be put on a chair to charge. There was no kettle in the first room or in the second. The condition of electrical appliances in the room is emergency, the ventilation condition in the bathroom is emergency, the latch did not work in the bathroom door, Everything was heard in the room that was being talked about in the next room, as well as on the stairs and on the second floor, although after being asked to be quiet, they talked in low voices there. The next morning we were moved to another room. It was larger than the previous one, but there was no latch and no working ventilation in the bathroom. Due to the fact that we were given only one key to the room for two and required to hand it over for cleaning, cleaning was ordered only on the penultimate day, as the smell in the room became unbearable due to the ban on throwing garbage, that is, toilet paper into the toilet bowl. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. There were also no racks for suitcases, but there was a wardrobe. The audibility from the reception was perfect. The bed linen was badly worn and not ironed. Both rooms showed signs of severe wear, including utilities, the toilet in the second room was broken from below and was wobbling. Breakfast was no more than satisfactory, but the absence of boiled eggs and any cold drinks including plain water did not add positive emotions. On the penultimate day, of the three scrambled eggs available for one egg, at least one was yesterday's. Two points to which there are no complaints are the polite staff and WiFi throughout the hotel. We spent only four nights at the hotel and at first decided not to raise a scandal as we did not want any conflicts, but the accusation that we did not arrive and did not check in made us change our mind and write a negative review. It's just terrible! This is the first time I've encountered such a problem. My family arrived at this hotel at the appointed time of 4 a.m. (discussed with the administrator at the time of booking, this was our key condition, earlier check-in) we were greeted by closed doors ((the administrator fell asleep as it turned out. As a result, we never got to the hotel.

In general, it is excellent at such a low price, a very good area near the Kosmonaftov metro station. Its own lovely courtyard with a swimming pool, which will be open in the summer. The rooms are small but clean, and the breakfast is buffet style.Very nice administrators.

If we talk about the main thing and briefly, then. There was a pre-booking, confirmation came. We arrived at the place and were told that there were no places. For a long time they tried to tell me that this was another hotel, although their address and phone number were indicated in the confirmation they sent. They did not offer an alternative, they stayed outside at 3 a.m. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "hotel" UNDER ANY PRETEXTS, if you are bored to live and you have plenty of time and nerves, then welcome. I would recommend the owner to change all the staff or close this not up to the "hotel".

The reception was not very hospitable. They couldn't accept it, they went to another hotel. The administrator openly showed indifference. We arrived ahead of time, asked to go to the bathroom, did not start it, sent it to the establishments against it, no one was waiting for us there with open arms either. We arrived tired from the road, we wanted to wait in the lobby, but after such an attitude we no longer wanted to stay there.

Faced with the terrible attitude of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel late, there was a minor child with us.
As it turned out, the hotel canceled our reservation without explanation.although 2 days before they sent a message that they were waiting for us.
They promised to negotiate with another hotel for the same price for two days.
We carried bags and a child from one hotel to another.
In the morning it turned out that they had agreed with the neighboring hotel only for one day at a price of 2x. We had to move out of another hotel.
Rahat inn refused to solve our problems, pointing us to the door, rather rudely. Stressing that we are not in our own country.
As a result, having lost half a day, we had to contact the police in order to somehow sort out this situation
, of course, rahat inn did not provide us with a place.
I do not advise anyone to even consider and book this hotel.

A nice Hostel, we came from Russia. Wherever I go, the prices are crazy everywhere, it would be fine to match, the prices are higher than in Moscow.
Of the three Hostels I visited, Rakat Hostel is the best both in price and service and very clean. I recommend it to everyone, especially those who travel from abroad. They don't drive down prices unlike others！
