The therapist is very attentive and humane, studied a stack of my tests, gave admission, recommended doctors, and a very warm welcome. I had an operation in February, and had 2 operations at once. Everything was on a paid basis, neither the cost nor anything was announced before the operation. They rushed me to the surgery faster, they didn't even take an HIV test and a coagulogram. In the end, they issued an invoice of almost 2 million tenge, of course they were shocked by such an invoice. At least she's still alive. Keep in mind that everything is very, very, very expensive there.

As far as I understand, this clinic has very high-level doctors, because I was not only with a urologist, but also with other doctors before the operation. Everything happens as on a well-established conveyor. There is only one caveat, all this costs money and a lot. But the clinic is not a charitable organization, so patients always have a choice. In general, my impressions are only positive.

In Russia I also went to a paid gastroenterologist. So the prices at the Rahat clinic pleasantly surprised me - they are lower than in Russia.

He promised to redo it for free and it was scheduled for the month of March 2021. When I came, they told me that the doctor (or the enemy) Ayan doesn't work here anymore. I went to the head doctor, because they didn't pay wrappers and a lot of money. She told me that they would redo it only for money and already another doctor. And that they are not responsible for the work of a retired doctor. And when your implant fell out for the first time and the second time you had to come to me. Why didn't you come, I was asked a question. In general, they made me guilty of everything. I do not advise anyone to contact this clinic. They'll mess up, not treat, but they'll shake out a lot of money.
