It's a great place. I read about this place and really wanted to visit it personally. Interesting, atmospheric. There are containers with maturing beer right in the room.
We had Rakov salad, pate with toasted ciabatta, brushwood with parmesan, red beer and cider. It wasn't very budget friendly, but it was very tasty. The waiter girl told in detail about the history of the brewery restaurant, it was interesting.
The beer selection is good.
The order arrived quickly.
The service is excellent.
In general, I had very good impressions. I definitely recommend it!

We were looking for a place where you can eat delicious and inexpensive Belarusian dishes, and found "Rakovsky Brovar". Everything that was ordered was delicious and simple at home: the borscht was rich, and the cutlets were juicy and soft. I don't want to cook at home for such prices! Cozy atmosphere and pleasant staff – I will definitely come back.

At the time of the New Year's corporate party, it was very atmospheric when meeting guests at the institution. There was a sense of celebration at the entrance, different installations, a lot of Christmas trees, decorations and garlands. Inside, the feeling of celebration disappears. The rating of the kitchen is 6 out of 10. The barbecue is not delicious, I did not appreciate the salads with the author's idea. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Anyway, thanks for the reception, the kitchen needs to be tightened up.

Go there on the first night! Firstly, it's delicious, and secondly they have their own brewery! And tellingly, a normal brewery with excellent beer. There are a lot of people, so I advise you to book in advance. I have been to Minsk twice and went there both times. I would have gone a second time just because of the steering wheel! She's great, she's very gentle! The steering wheel is 5+! The ear is generally 3 (three). The service is at 4. Definitely not 5. The prices are somewhat overpriced. At these prices, the kitchen should generally be rated even lower, but I did not take into account the prices when evaluating this institution.

A very cool place to relax for 2 or more people, I was here with my wife. The food is very tasty, I liked the beer very much, we took it with us for bottling. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There are a lot of places, but you need to book tables in advance for the weekend, the waiters are very friendly, the food is prepared much faster than the waiters announce. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I were very satisfied with everything. In the future, when visiting Belarus, we will choose this restaurant for evening gatherings. I'm betting 5 out of 5.

We were in Minsk and decided to have a delicious beer. The interior of the restaurant is standard, for pubs. The waiter is very friendly. We ordered tartare and barbecue wings (dump the head), shrimps in batter - batter like sausages in dough, thick, dry shrimps (not tasty), potato wizards for 3, sour minced meat, delicious beer. We won't go a second time.

Probably the most famous place in Minsk! I highly recommend visiting and plunging into a friendly atmosphere, having a delicious meal and definitely trying branded tinctures.
The waiters are very responsive, the music is unobtrusive, the average check is 3-4 thousand RR/person.
We will be in Minsk - we will definitely come back!

A good place with an average price tag. Delicious large portions. The most delicate knuckle just melts in your mouth. Very tasty beer, of its own production. Beautiful interior and pleasant staff. I celebrated my birthday- we made a 15% discount (not on all dishes and does not apply to alcohol) and brought sweets from the chef as a gift. We were very pleasantly surprised by the overall impression on the 5th, we will definitely come again

Nice place, with friendly staff and good cuisine. Why is 4 rather than 5 - it's noisy enough when the fill is high + music is playing. Maybe there was such a place, I don't know, it was the first time. Also, the local beer is only unfiltered, which I don't particularly like. And bottled filtered beer is quite expensive imported. I took Pauliner Munich bottle 18p 0.5 l. Lida bottled beer from any store, the same Pilsner, for my taste - noticeably better. Maybe there was such a place, I don't know, it was the first time. Meals and drinks are delivered fairly quickly, and the quality is consistent. One of the best restaurants in Minsk. Everything we ordered was delicious: venison cutlets, Texas brisket, schnitzel. Only "salted brushwood" seemed like a strange dish.

I was at my doctor's office on Thursday. It's good that we booked a table - there's a full board!! On weekdays!!
Everything is incredibly delicious!! Both the food and the bar!
The interior is atmospheric, pleasant to be in. There's live singing downstairs. Smoking room at the entrance, blankets for guests.
The sweetest woman in the wardrobe! Huge greetings to her!

At the end of October, we spent a week in Minsk. During this time, we visited this institution twice. The menu has a focus on Belarusian cuisine, which, of course, is interesting for tourists. Everything is very tasty! I just fell in love with Machanka! (Although I ordered cautiously, I was afraid it would be greasy). Hot dishes are brought with fervor, with heat, already boiling. The restaurant has a very interesting design solution. The whole establishment is divided into 5 different themed areas. We were in the Beer hall on the first floor. This is a small room where tables are made in the form of beer kegs. And we were in the Belarusian Hall on the 2nd floor. Of course, the review is more interesting from the second floor, but we personally liked the Beer hall more. More comfortable. And on the first floor we had a wonderful waitress, Elizabeth. She was smiling, friendly, and brought everything very quickly. Special thanks to the waitress!! On the second floor, the waiters changed several times, the service was slower, but within the normal range, there is no reason to complain. The only thing I didn't like was the live music. Firstly, the volume is such that it is simply impossible to talk anymore. By the end of the evening, my head starts to hurt. So, if you are not a fan of excessively loud music, it is better to go to this institution on days when there is none. Secondly, the repertoire of the girl who sang seemed to be diverse, but it all sounded somehow on the same note. In general, the music was not pleasing, but rather annoying. I will not lower the rating for this, because in everything else the institution is above all praise!!!!! But I really hope that the issue of music will be resolved by our next visit to Minsk. ))) According to the reviews, we are not the only ones who are not thrilled. ))) Thanks a lot for everything else!!!))

A wonderful place! There is both European and national cuisine! Moreover, according to the national cuisine, borscht, draniki, the dish "Visiting my mother-in-law" is wonderful! Not a bad piece of shit. A good selection of beers. Very high-quality service (special thanks to Olga Kovalevich, who served our table very quickly and very politely twice). Perhaps this is the best place in terms of location, quality and atmosphere (we visited a dozen other restaurants in 5 days).
