A wonderful hotel, in the very center, near the park, the embankment. The hotel has courteous staff, ready to help at any time, comfortable rooms, a swimming pool, gym, good cuisine. If you decide to spend time in the capital, but do not know where to stay, then this is the place. Where you will be greeted like old friends, accommodated in wonderful rooms, and fed a delicious lunch. I recommend. Our family was very pleased with this hotel. By the way, events are held here on New Year's Eve. The children were delighted.

I really liked the hotel! We arrived from Vietnam to Astana, tired after a long flight and were pleasantly surprised by the quick check-in and excellent work of the staff. We booked a two-room apartment on the Ozone. The room cost 13,000 for two people plus a child. The room itself is great, although it has its own peculiarities: there is a hob in the living room, a huge refrigerator, but there are no dishes or appliances. Therefore, it is not clear what the hob is for, because people with pans and pots do not fly. It would be better if a microwave oven was placed in the room. There is a sofa in the living room, but it is very small, it does not fold out, meanwhile there is enough space in this area to accommodate a full-fledged sofa for 3 people, instead of 3 TVs))). The hotel is located in the very center, opposite the Akimat of Astana, next to a beautiful embankment with a bike path. By the way, the hotel has bicycles, which is very convenient, you can take a ride for free. By the way, the hotel has a very delicious buffet breakfast, the menu includes both traditional egg dishes and dense dishes! Overall, we really liked the hotel!

The hotel is in a historic building, it gives a slight feeling of being outdated, although it seems mostly everything inside is clean and decent.
At first, they settled into a tiny room, which was simply discouraged, was 2 times smaller than stated, very dark and noisy with access to the main street, completely did not match the photos of the site in this category. But the issue was quickly resolved by going to the reception and moving without any additional charges. However, it was unclear why they had been settled in the wrong place from the very beginning.
The room has everything you need. Drinking water is replenished daily.
The breakfasts are average, you won't stay hungry, but they didn't make much impression.

Mirrors and the shower door are a separate topic. In general, the hotel is very good, but the cleaning service is very lame. The breakfasts are monotonous, several times it was that you couldn't wait for the cook, or the vegetables were sour for a couple, the drinks were over, there was no staff. There are many things that can be enumerated. The staff heard the opinion, I look, the marmite was taken away, replaced. Did you bring a salad to order without sauce, I ask for a salad without sauce? An excellent and very cozy hotel after the renovation of a historic building. Everything inside is modern - furniture, carpet, plumbing. There is a good gym, sauna and a small swimming pool. A chic breakfast with a large selection of dishes, a coffee machine. It is located in the old center, but the plus is that it is quiet and close to the waterfront. We were satisfied with my wife, we recommend it.

This is a great hotel. They settled in quickly. Checks were provided upon request. We were given a better room than we booked. Spacious, chic , 3 rooms + own kitchen. Everything is in working order. Sauna, swimming pool. The breakfasts are varied. The rooms are clean. We lived on the 4th floor. I can't hear the neighbors. Air conditioning + balcony. On request, room service + dishes. Great location! A very fashionable hotel: a beautiful, large hall with lots of sofas and tables. There is a bar. There are pleasant, friendly receptionists at the reception.
The restaurant at the hotel is a separate song of praise. Breakfast for 10 out of 5. An amazing selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and appetizing, from porridge and omelets and desserts and fruits. I bow low to the cook!
There is a small swimming pool, sauna and gym. Everything is clean, beautiful, it is clear that they take care of the convenience of visitors. If you stop here, you won't regret it for a second. My husband and I are delighted. Next time we come, we will definitely stay here.

I stayed at this hotel nine times in a year (business trip, company bookings). Every time something went wrong. The last time I lived in room 204, it turned out that the hotel has karaoke, from where the music comes to the rooms. It was impossible to sleep.
It is absolutely impossible to set a comfortable temperature in the rooms: the air conditioning system works disgusting, but the controller glows brightly throughout the room.
The underfloor heating in the rooms does not work.
The irons are all not working properly and spoil clothes (do not give steam).
The breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless, there seems to be something, but in the end you won't collect much.
They may not clean the room all day, although you leave a sign saying "clean the room."
If you check out early and ask for lunch box, they forget about it

This is an amazing hotel) at the entrance, the guys at the reception tried to deceive us. They tried to sell the room for more and only for "cash". When we insisted on paying by card, the cost dropped significantly. But our friends had a cash payment and they paid for rooms of a category lower than ours and more expensive by almost 40 thousand tons.
The sauna was not working in the spa, it was slightly warm. The pool is falling apart and in great need of repair. The floor was flooded, there was no cleaning, so everyone was balancing and catching their balance by slipping. The staff is completely indifferent, it makes no sense to go to the reception to resolve any issues that arise. It's very bad!
I will never stay in this place and I will not recommend it to anyone!

The problem happened when checking in. We were warned several times that we would arrive only in the morning, and the plane was also delayed. I stayed at this hotel for the second time. A good combination of price per room and quality of services. This particular area was needed, so the location suits me.
The rooms are clean. There were problems in the room with the light in the bathroom. Despite the late hour, everything was done very efficiently!
The assortment for breakfast is quite consistent with the level of the hotel.
Of the minor disadvantages, the room (junior suite) faced almost the intersection. Early in the morning - the first cars, street cleaning - noisy.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. The location is quiet. There is not much noise and exhaust.
Features to keep in mind:
1. Separate sauna for men and women. Formally, you will not be able to sit together with your wife or girlfriend. It is inconvenient if you have stocked up on oils and tinctures for a couple, and not in double size..
2. In the apartment rooms (where there is a kitchenette with a sink, stove and refrigerator) there are no dishes at all!!! No plates, no appliances, no pots and pans, no knives, etc. There are only a couple of cups and a couple of glasses for coffee-tea-water. Water is brought 2 liters every day. Convenient for coffee and tea. To cook and eat in the room, you need to order dishes at the bar EVERY TIME, which are then taken away. A knife for cutting melons was also not given, because "we do not give sharp knives to guests."
3. Analgin or aspirin could not be obtained at the reception late in the evening. "We don't give medicines to the guests."
4. There is no exit to the city from the phone in the room (although it is written on the device how to do this). Access to the city is only through the reception and the attendant.

Super hotel, we definitely recommend it. Large spacious rooms, huge mirrors, excellent mattresses, a wardrobe with lighting, a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. A large shower cabin, everything is very beautiful, tasteful, snow-white towels and bathrobes.
The breakfasts are delicious, there is a very large selection, from fried eggs and porridge to red fish and fruits... And you can even take coffee to take away!
The hotel has a swimming pool, some of our group went, were satisfied.

There is one minus, but it is extremely significant. April, 23-25 degrees in Astana during the day, 27 degrees in the room (!) at night (!). the air conditioner works ONLY for heating until May. the heat made me physically ill, I asked to bring at least a fan to the room, alas, there is no fan in the hotel. it is impossible to open the windows wide (this is, of course, normal for a hotel). Accordingly, it is simply unrealistic to reduce the temperature to at least 23.

An excellent hotel in the old green part of Astana, near many administrative buildings.Near the promenade, philharmonic hall, transport stops, square, park and embankment.Near the PSC, grocery stores. Nearby streets are patrolled by the police, it is safe to walk.The hotel itself is completely renovated, beautiful building, cozy, clean, friendly staff. We stayed here for the second time.The room is large, with a balcony, provided at our request.The king size bed is wide, comfortable, a large blanket, bathrobes, slippers, large towels are available, air conditioning and refrigerator are working.. Two TVs (in both rooms of the room).The sound insulation is good.The hotel has a swimming pool with a sauna. The breakfast is delicious, fried eggs are fried in front of you, as you want, and there is also a fairly wide selection of different hot and cold dishes. The administrators respond quickly, we were late (flight delay) and they waited for us without paying for the reservation.There was even non-alcoholic wine in the lobby bar, which is very rare. Of the cons, the handle of the balcony door and the bathroom lock were broken, but this is not critical. Breakfast seemed a little expensive. We may wish to fill the mini bar. A very pleasant, neat, laconically modest but quite comfortable hotel. We stayed in a standard double room with windows on the old square (House of Soviets). The air conditioner and refrigerator were working properly. The bathroom is very comfortable. There is an iron. Two large TVs. The bed is very comfortable. The staff (almost all of them) is friendly and helpful. Medium-sized breakfasts. A fitness room and a pool for 4 with a minx, but they quite allow themselves to do a minimally sufficient set of exercises and splash around. There is a sauna. I do not advise the restaurant: it is expensive, it takes a long time to wait, the menu is modest, the mantas seem to have been bought in a nearby cookery and warmed up.. But there are plenty of places in the area where you can eat delicious food.

Yes, and why is the pool water hot? From the sauna to the hot water is not very pleasant.
