A hotel from the Ramada chain. I really like this democratic network with high quality of service. We traveled in June, 24. Why I took off the star: our company, consisting of me and my two children and our friends with my son, booked and paid heavily in advance for two standard triple rooms with city views and half board. After a 5-hour flight, we waited in line for almost an hour to check in and couldn't check in for almost 2 more hours. We were not provided with our rooms, explaining the high load. At first, we were offered two rooms on the floor above the lobby, where the windows overlook the corridor. As a result, after the scandal I promised, they tried to give us other rooms for extra tips, where there is no bed for a third person. As a result, they gave me a double room with one large bed, and they gave my friends a room for the disabled. It's terrible, I hope this case was just a misunderstanding and an indicator of the quality of the work of individual employees, and not the entire hotel or hotel chain. What I liked: there were excellent breakfasts and dinners. They were given fruits and berries. There was meat, but no fish. To clear the table, you can't reach the waiters; it's easier to carry the dirty dishes yourself. I liked the pools, there are 2 of them: one on the roof, the second below in the spa. We also took massages, a hammam for an additional fee. We liked it. Of course, the highlight of the hotel is its location. Near Galatskaya tower , metro, there are chain stores.

This is a great hotel! Very clean and cozy, has all the amenities, good repair. Great location. The bus from the airport stops just one minute away. The breakfast is excellent for 4*. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean. Quiet enough. The view from the window wasn't great, but that wasn't the main thing for me. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it.

It's not bad, minus..Well, I just came across a room on the 6th floor from the elevator to the right.. since 5 a.m., the rooster is crowing,)) But it's okay with him, cars, people, motorcycles, it's stuffy to close the window.. That's why I didn't always get enough sleep.. There is a pool, but it is cold..I'm fine.. I love any kind of water, especially after a sauna.. but for others it's really cold. the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is responsive, the bed linen was changed every day. towels.. There are no dressing gowns .Slippers, yes.. shampoo, etc. is available..there are no brushes or pastes.. plus, for me, there is a direct bus from the airport of novy to the hotel and a maximum of an hour. from the bus stop to the hotel 3 min. and all the sights are nearby. I recommend it exactly.

A wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient - 2 steps from the subway, which is already somewhere. The room is of sufficient size. A huge comfortable bed. A good conder. Tea station + water. Clean modern bathroom without dampness, as in many hotels in Istanbul. There are slippers. There are no bathrobes. Cleaning every day. By the noise, you can't hear anything from the street with the window closed. Neighbors can be heard if they speak loudly. But not in a way that interferes with sleep. The breakfast is wonderful: omelette, menemen, boiled eggs, 3 types of ham, lots of cheeses, toast, vegetables, fruits (watermelon, peeled oranges), yogurt, cereals, vegetables, greens, vegetable salads, olives, sausages, French fries with balls, sou burek, more pastries with cheese. their trick is that they bake traditional pastries themselves - simits and several more types + 2 cupcakes + they make jams themselves, well, very tasty. Its own pastries are under heated lamps and this leaves them warm and crispy all morning. Hardware coffee, black tea (the Turkish husband praised the tea very much), juices (I did not try it), sassi water (I tried it, good). In the restaurant, and in general, the staff always reacted quickly to some of our requests (to change the plate, bring something to the room, call a taxi, order food from the restaurant). It is clear that they are trying and are very attentive to the little things. The biggest advantage for us was the late check-out. Since we had a plane at 2 a.m. and it was record heat outside, a late check-out was an excellent option for us. I didn't have to pay for a full night for an additional 10 hours in the room. For the July 2024 weekend, the room cost $150 a day.

The hotel is located a block from Istiklal street, the breakfasts are standard, I do not advise you to settle on the ground floor - the window rests against the fence, the disco starts after one o'clock in the morning, the light sleepers will not come in. If you want to feel like you are in a good European hotel, but at the same time find yourself in the very center of oriental flavor, the Ramada Taksim is perfect. We settled in quickly, the staff speaks English and even a little Russian. The breakfasts are hearty, buffet style, everything is fresh, including traditional Turkish sweets. Istiklal is a 5—minute walk away. A separate plus is a comfortable bed after long walks around Istanbul. The sound insulation in the room is normal, but the Wi-Fi could be faster.

Good location. Metro,bus nearby. They clean it every day, but it's not always perfect. The breakfasts are varied, lots of vegetables, herbs, and cheeses. There are few fruits, maybe because it was in early April.The staff did everything at the first request. In general, I liked everything.

Positive: 1) within walking distance to Isteklal Street and Dolmabahce Palace 2) relatively new room stock Minuses: 1) check-in after 15:00, check-out at 11:00 2) there are stains on the bed linen, dust with hair on the shelves by the bedside table 3) terrible coffee for breakfast and Lipton tea from a tea bag. A great hotel a stone's throw from Taksim and the main bus stop from the airport. The metro and funicular are no more than five minutes away on foot. The room is clean and comfortable, the best for two. There is a kettle, coffee and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful. There were no problems with communication. I booked and paid on Yandex. I really liked the breakfast with a good selection of dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to leave my luggage for free until the evening after checking out of the room. It's worth its 4 stars.

Check-in at 2 p.m. We arrived at 4 p.m. They told me to wait, like the room was being cleaned. We check in, there are cups on the table, covered with saucers. I take off the saucer, and there's lipstick on the cups from the last tenant! Such cleaning. But perhaps these are isolated cases. However, we didn't like it..

The hotel was chosen because of the location. Since we love living in the Taksim area. Of the advantages, I can highlight : - Large bed in the room ( comfortable ) - In the morning , there was delicious black tea in a teapot for breakfast . - The soap accessories that were in the room are not bad. Of the cons now : - The card with which to open the number constantly did not work . I had to run to the reception . We changed it 10 times a week . - The staff is relaxed . He 's not trying to help you . - There was a constant knock on the room with an offer of drinks , if you didn 't open the door , they opened the door themselves . It was annoying . - The breakfast is meager ( who is used to a good buffet , you will definitely miss it ) . - The room is shabby ( requiring cosmetic repairs ) - Only two sockets per room, not enough - Very slow Internet connection, which was often lost ( it is impossible to even scroll through the tape) - Mini Starbucks in the lobby ( coffee from the car and expensive )
