On the first night at 5.10, we were checked into a room in a view of an old moldy wall. The room was damp. But after a long flight, I wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. In the morning I realized that this dampness and the smell in the room does not suit me at all. I contacted the reception desk. We changed the number without any problems. The room turned out to be better than the previous one both in terms of interior and condition. I chose the hotel by location. Excellent location opposite the beach. You're just crossing the road. Beautiful sea view at breakfast. The breakfasts are normal. It suits me. The service is excellent. The staff's concern is felt. I saw the pool being cleaned. I saw how they take photos of the responses to the work done. Everything is clean everywhere. Perfect mattresses, perfect towels. Bathrobes, beach bags, beach towels, flip-flops, umbrellas are provided. The hotel is quiet, swimming in the pool is allowed after 19h. There is a sense of caring for the guests and customer orientation. I recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing stay.

The room stock is old, requiring investments and repairs. There is water, there is a bed)) The breakfasts are sufficient, without frills. We had enough. There is a swimming pool, sun beds (not used). The hotel has water to rinse your feet after the sand (there is no shower on Karon beach, there is nowhere to wash off the salt). But if you are going on vacation, then the advantages of this hotel will definitely cover all its disadvantages! Therefore, if this option is available again for a good price, then I will definitely go.

I really liked the hotel, it's not new, but the rooms have been renovated and the furniture has been updated. The rooms are clean. Very convenient location, the sea is across the street, close to shops, cafes. The staff is very helpful, and an iron and ironing board were brought to the room at the first request. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is quite edible, stewed and fresh vegetables, rice, spaghetti, boiled and fried eggs, pancakes, yogurt.
