A great hotel. The rooms are super class. The rooms are decorated in the highest class. Everything is clean and comfortable. There are no words. The breakfasts are delicious. Only one disadvantage is that the receptionists are a bit rude.

For the first time in Shymkent and in this hotel. I really liked it, clean, tidy silence, very friendly staff, attentive to the guests, delicious breakfasts. There were 6 days, if we go again, we will stop there again!

Good hotel, staff,excellent service👍🏻everyone is polite and friendly, clean rooms and a view from the window of the fire🤯The breakfasts are delicious, especially croissants and pancakes 😋in general, I advise everyone!
