Small outdated rooms, good breakfast Overall, the hotel doesn’t cost its price - I suggest you to find more comfortable accommodation in this area, there are other options. ROOMS: not big, worn out rooms - they look better on photos, in reality you can also see some interior damages (like hole in the coverlet). There is a small bathroom with a shower in the room. Every room is equipped with a safe, fridge with mini bar (for extra payment), kettle and tea/coffee bags, two bottles of still water. In addition our room had interconnect - so we’ve heard a noise from our neighbors. LOCATION: direct in the city center, 30min drive from the airport. There are plenty of different restaurants nearby. FOOD: Breakfast (7-11am) was included in our stay, but you can also book the room without it and pay at the property. For breakfast you can choose something from a various buffet options - boiled eggs or omelette, different meats and cheeses, main dishes (porridge/grilled veggies/scrambled eggs/sausages/pasta), milk products incl. cottage cheesecakes and very fresh fruits and berries. There are lobby bar and restaurant with a terrace on the first floor. There is also the Secret Yard - restaurant with a terrace located in hotel’s yard. FACILITIES: wi-fi, underground parking, gym, ATM on site. STAFF: polite, speaks English.

This is a great hotel. I don’t understand how they allow fit24 to use their facilities to provide such a miserable customer service to their and other clients. They simply take you down. A good hotel, confidently confirming its four stars. Location: Excellent. Republic Square is a 5-minute walk away, 10 Northern Avenue, and 20 Cascade. Nearby are all the most popular restaurants: "Sherep", "Yerevan Tavern", "Mayrig", "Caucasian captive". But there is also a disadvantage - since the place is a tourist destination, there are many professional beggars around the hotel who almost grab their hands. All of them are refugees from Artsakh, who have lost their husbands, and with five starving children. They are intrusive, arrogant, haggling: why are you giving two thousand drams, you have five thousand. Unpleasant. Restaurant: Wonderful European breakfasts with the addition of local flavor in the form of sudjuk, basturma, Armenian dried fruits, jams. We used the room service once, and everything is fine too. Rooms: We had a two-room suite on the top floor. The elevators were very slow, and I had to wait a long time, especially in the morning when everyone was going to breakfast. There are no serious complaints about the room itself. I didn't like the shower stall without a door - it looks beautiful, but half the water is on the floor. If you really find fault, then there is a slight negligence in the preparation of numbers. During check-in, some of the outlets and the hair dryer did not work, there were no bathrobes, and the restaurant menu was ruined by previous guests. To the credit of the staff, everything was fixed immediately upon the call.

A good hotel, we are staying for the second time, we take a family room with two rooms and a living room, spacious and large. We take it without breakfast, there are a lot of places around, and we don't always allow time when we fly in transit. The mattresses on the bed in the hotel are bad, on the one hand they are hard, on the other they are sunken at the edges when you sit down, it feels strongly. Last night, in a dream, I moved to the edge of the bed and fell into this hole, almost fell off the bed. It is very cold in the rooms, the air conditioners do not work for heat, apparently out of economy. There are no scales in the room. There is a kitchenette in the living room. Keep in mind that there is a construction site opposite.

A comfortable and good hotel. Republic Square is a 15-minute walk away, while it is quite quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff, breakfast for almost all tastes downstairs, clean, pleasant. It's a bit of an imperial style of decoration in the corridors, but that's the name, they stand up to the style. Nearby there is a Matenadaran, a drama theater, a bunch of cafes. A magnificent hotel!!! We stayed in February for two nights at this hotel. Positive: 1. The perfect location, a couple of steps and here you are on Republic Square, in the very center of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport, even taking into account the difficult traffic in the center (we used Yandex.Taxi with a linked VTB WORLD card, there were no problems with payment, and taxi prices in the city are very affordable); 2. Delicious breakfasts for every taste, a huge selection of food, delicious fruits, champagne. I noticed the presence of almond milk. It's a pity that we stopped for a while, we didn't have time to try everything. 3. The rooms are nice, clean, the plumbing is all in working order, good hot water pressure. Clean towels, white bed linen, and slippers. Very pleasant-smelling gel, soap, body cream. 4. Good room sound insulation. Despite the location of the hotel in the center, the room was quiet, there was no extraneous noise, and we slept well. 5. Wonderful staff throughout the hotel, beautiful decoration of common areas, lobbies, and breakfast tables. It's nice to be in the hotel. Cons: 1. The bed was too short for me. 2. There is no central heating in Yerevan, so the heating of the room is through a central air conditioning system running on heat. The room itself was comfortable and warm, but after the snowfall there was nowhere to dry the jacket and hat, there is not even an electric heated towel rail in the bathroom. 3. An iron and ironing board are brought to the room upon request. I almost ruined my T-shirt, I didn't notice right away that the iron was dirty, something stuck to it and burned during past use.

We had a large room on the 14th floor with balconies and a gorgeous view, everything was new in the hotel, soft mattresses and good pillows. I didn't like the closet, the three of us lived in the room, there were 7 hangers in the closet... If he stopped for a day, then it's normal, and if for 4-5 days, then it's not enough for three... It's not very easy with elevators either, it's a long wait, they drive slowly. The breakfasts are good, there are quite a lot of fruits, porridges, omelets, vegetables, cereals, basturmes, various cheeses, good juices, coffee, pastries. Well, the location is great, all the sights are within walking distance.

I really liked the hotel. The location is convenient. The room and bathroom are spacious. The reception is friendly and promises to help with everything, until it comes to the performers themselves... I took off 1 star because of room service Of the 6 days of stay, we asked for shampoo for 4 consecutive days (which was updated in all rooms except ours). Upon check-out, it turned out that we did not get a toothbrush with toothpaste (it is also provided in the other rooms).

pluses: - the location is very good - good room service, clean minuses: - there is no second mirror in the room, there is only one in the bathroom - uncomfortable pillows - very poor sound insulation (you wake up to the sound of footsteps in the hallway) - very dark room, little light, one small window - during our stay, the fire alarm went off in the room and the security staff came running to us while we were in the shower, without warning. I stayed here for three weeks, in April. The room is different from the ones in the photo on the booking. All rooms have different layouts. I came across an uncomfortable one with a bulging wall on the floor of the room. The number is 811. The neighboring 815 is better, with a balcony. They changed it to another one a day later. It is better to choose a room no lower than the 10th floor, so as not to look into the windows of neighboring houses. You can hear people walking and making noise in the room. The shower is clearly audible behind the wall. The king-size bed is short. With a height of more than 1.75 m. it is not very comfortable. There is a small gym, which has a lot of visitors, not hotel guests. The administrator required a change of shoes when visiting the gym. Cleanliness is at 4, cleaned every day. For two days, at 4-5 a.m., we carried out very noisy renovation work in the next room, we were not allowed to sleep. 🤷 The booking indicates 4*. If you read the description of the hotel in Russian on the hotel's website, you will find many errors and typos there. I wrote to them, but they didn't fix it) Positive: The breakfasts are excellent. Convenient sockets near the bed. Good towels and linen. The location of the hotel is good. Friendly reception staff. There is a candy bar in the lobby for guests to work with and you can use the printer for free.

I liked everything! The location is excellent, there are a lot of interesting places around, but the cuisine of the hotel itself is very decent. The breakfasts are some of the best I've ever had. There is a large selection, everything is fresh, except that sometimes there are queues at the coffee machines, but this is a common thing in the morning. I called the reception desk and they said that if they found a free hairdryer, they would bring it, if not, then no… There was no dental kit in the room either, it was a good thing they brought it with them.… The staff is not bad, the location is excellent, the room is rather big, we did not try the food, we took it without breakfast. Due to the attitude of the hotel staff to customers, a day before arrival, on the way from Russia, force majeure occurred, and the border was closed due to avalanche danger, which I immediately wrote to the hotel. And when it became known that the border would not be opened, I wrote to the hotel asking for a refund of at least part of the money. On the downsides - the hotel is on a narrow street and buses do not approach it, the hotel itself is not the first freshness, it is certainly being monitored - for example, elevators, toilets have been updated, but at the same time there are cracked tiles in the bathroom, some dark seams in the corners, the shower switches by hitting the button, and then on the little things. The beautiful view described on the website from the window is in fact for most rooms a view of some backyards with construction debris, it is better to close the windows if you are not an exhibitionist :) Bed linen and towels are changed regularly, but everything smells distinctly of chlorinol - on the one hand it is noticeable that everything is disinfected, on the other - if you have delicate skin or a specific allergy - there may be problems, well, the smell (. Bed linen is one of those that most often happen in guest houses - it absorbs moisture poorly, I don't like it to the touch, but I don't write it down as a minus, maybe someone is normal. The pillows are hard, and there are a lot of them.

But we can't influence it in any way))) Otherwise, everything is fine, reception, cleaning, changing towels daily. I would like to mention the restaurant, for five with two pluses!!!! An event was held, coffee breaks and lunch were ordered. Not only is it very tasty, it's a great serve!!!! Thank you very much! On the last day of the event, we had her used coffee breaks and lunch. Hello! We stayed at the hotel from October 13 to 17. The most wonderful girls at the reception, always smiling and friendly! Separate compliments and thanks to the charming Talev, who helped a lot to solve the problem related to booking (the airline changed the flight date) and responded to other requests very quickly and friendly! Such an attitude is incredibly valuable and pleasant! They sincerely want to help you and do it! We thank the staff and the management of the hotel! The location is the most beautiful! Republic Square, where guides often arrange meetings for walking tours, is a two-minute walk away! Very convenient! There are many restaurants and bars nearby, several grocery stores. The rooms are clean and quiet, cool mattresses, bed linen, dark blackout curtains (important for us!) we slept great here! Great cleaning! On nutrition, alas, we will not be able to leave a review ... we took a room without breakfast, but, to be honest, later we regretted it… Thank you so much for such a hospitable welcome!❤️🫶
