We had a rest on August 24, of the advantages, the location is 15 minutes walk from the Old Town, the port, the park. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport. A beautiful view of the mountains and the city, plus the sea for us from the descent down the stairs, there are not very many people, there are no piles of children, there is no bottom mainly for adults and teenagers, there is an inflatable plankton on which you can sunbathe and dive. The view from the beach is gorgeous, there were enough sun beds. A cool passage to the beach itself through the tunnel, thoughtful elevators. There were no complaints about cleaning, drinks were not brought to the mini-bar once. The water did not leave the room in the shower, my husband poured a coke out of the minibar, it struck😁 no one speaks Russian from the cons, one waiter got caught and that's it, even no one could explain about the excursions. It's not critical, of course, but it's strange for Turkey. The drinks are disgusting, all beer is water, wine is sour, cocktails are terrible. The food is not tasty, occasionally I came across more, sweets and fruits were saved sometimes. Of course they are not hungry, but for 5 and such a price, it is so. We went to the restaurants of the old town a couple of times with all inclusive. There were 6 days of it. The staff was not friendly, only the cleaning lady smiled and greeted.

If you take the elevator down and go through the tunnel, you go out onto the terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, and from here you can enter the water via a ladder. If you can swim, because you can't get to the bottom: the depth starts right away. Diving enthusiasts use it: all accessories, even scuba gear, are rented here for little money. The beach terrace offers a magnificent view of the bay with mountains in the distance, there is a bar with drinks and food, so you can spend the whole day here.

A very thoughtful hotel. You can take the elevator down to the spa, to the beach, to the restaurant or just to the exit. Near the park, shops, attractions. We took half board, we didn't have time to get hungry. Everything is very tasty and varied. Two bottles of water were brought to the room, and there were no problems with water on the beach either. We are not picky about room cleaning. The room was not on the sunny side, but it was not hot. We were worried about the pontoon beach, but the entrance is very comfortable, the sea is warm (we were in early July). We got out to rest for a week, there will be an opportunity, we will come with pleasure again.

So we returned from a wonderful hotel. We rested on the BB system. The breakfast is very decent. There are no identical plates laid out in different ways. It was always possible to choose something for yourself. We made delicious waffles and donuts) the deluxe room with a side sea view is very thoughtful. It is large with a pleasant wooden floor. The room has both a shower and a bathroom. The bed is huge. Very comfortable. There is silence around the hotel. I slept just fine, with an open balcony. The sea is awesome. Transparent. Descending the stairs. Of course, this is not for children. Deep, from 5-6 meters.There are two descents in the hotel, but one was often closed in bad weather. But it didn't bother at all. A very good spa, just gorgeous, I would say. On the last day before the late departure, we had a great time there, in the baths and saunas and an indoor swimming pool. The gym was amazing, just the best gym that came across in hotels. It is huge, equipped with everything necessary, not only exercise bikes and tracks. The old town is about ten minutes walk away. The exchanger is a five-minute walk away. There is a good pharmacy near the hotel. A little bit about the shops - Mark shopping center is a 20-25 minute walk away. It has HM in it. Beshka, stradivarius. The exchangers are in the center with a good rate, but on the way to the shopping center itself it is even better. Zara is not present in this shopping center. But there is Antalya mall. A very modern center. An interesting children's area with snow-white sand! We went to it by taxi, taxi according to the meter. Do not think that you need to go somewhere cheaper. There has never been a time when they tried to cheat. The cost of the trip from the hotel to the shopping center is 300-350 liras. We ate in a cafe, very tasty, well, maybe for me. I love meat and all sorts of spicy things. The rest in the city is wonderful. There wasn't enough time for anything. I wanted to go for a walk and to the sea!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, last year everything was good, pleasant, polite. That's why we decided to come back and pay more than 25,000 rubles (!!) per day for all inclusive and get such terrible impressions as a result.
1. Food. The choice of food has decreased and become more monotonous. There is generally a tiny choice for breakfast, vegetables that have been lying around since yesterday, something is too salty, the omelet is soaked in fat, constantly unripe melons and peaches. Surprisingly, even with local sweets there is a problem, they have clearly been there for a long time and have withered. The eggs are overcooked, blue-green and dirty on the outside. The coffee is disgusting, the coffee machines have never been washed, and it's so hard to buy green tea when it's over. It's also funny to notice how the list of possible drinks decreases starting from the beach. If last year you could take some basic cocktails, now go get them in the lobby, which is again very convenient, of course. Or here you come for lunch: sticky pasta, bony fish, burgers (which you don't eat because there's burnt meat, a soft bun and that's it. No sauce, no vegetables, nothing!). There is no meat. By the way, if you do not have an all-inclusive tariff, then corona beer on the beach will cost you 10 euros. Prices are more expensive than in Paris. Funny.
2. Maintenance. That's just terrible. In the restaurant, in bars, by the beach and the pool, they will not greet you and say goodbye, of course, you should not expect any smiles either. You are simply ignored when you say hello and so far, they will communicate better with each other without noticing you. The manager is constantly not in place, if you have a question, wishes, request, catch those 20 minutes when he is sitting at his workplace, and when you catch him, he will communicate with you like a fool, because your room has not been cleaned because you do not know how to use a sign for cleaning, and not because that the staff is not doing their job. (Spoiler: the sign was hanging for half a day)
3. Cleaning. Dirty stains on the floor, on the tables, on the sink will accompany you throughout your stay. And these are not the spots that you left. When you find the manager and ask him to clean your room properly, you will first wait 40-45 minutes until the room is cleaned, and then you will come to a place where the dirt will be in the same places, and the surfaces are splattered with cleaning agent (apparently, so that you wipe them yourself, if you don't like how they are cleaned). Attention, the question is, what could you do in a room for 40 minutes if you didn't even wash the floors?!
4. Rooms. The lock, which always works 3 times, is not the most comfortable condition for staying on vacation. Cracks on the tiles in the bathroom, a broken faucet switching between water modes, rusty dryers on the balcony and a generally dirty balcony that hasn't been washed since last year, apparently.
5. Infrastructure. Did you decide to relax in the sauna or go to the gym and you need to leave something in the locker room? Great, there will be no combination locks on the drawers, apparently you should have guessed and brought the lock and key from home yourself. And when you leave the sauna and want to drink water, there will be no cups, and there will be a new bottle of water next to the cooler. Do you want to drink? Apparently, install it yourself!
The overall impression. You came to relax, paid good money, but you seem to be in the way: the bartenders are standing drinking tea with friends, the bartender on the beach is on the phone, the restaurant staff are communicating with each other and so on. There is no causal relationship that guests are the source of income and that it can be more at the expense of tips if you are polite and create a pleasant pastime.
It is a pity that the hotel has deteriorated so much. The location is great, for those who like to walk around the city in the evening and so on. The sea in the bay is clear. But we will not return anymore, the price-quality ratio does not match the stars.

Lovely hotel. We are resting for the second year in a row. The food is very good, the staff is super, the beach is a pontoon (I swim badly, I took my armbands with me, but I was delighted :). The location is just great: near the old town of Kaleichi, Andrian's Gate, Ataturk Avenue. A lot of shops, restaurants, etc., in the evening it is very interesting to go out to the city for a walk, crowds of people walk around Ataturk. The hotel also has an evening program: live music (piano) twice a week, on other days there are also some evening entertainment. The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, you can sleep comfortably on them. There is a safe, a tea corner, a minibar. We took everything included, so beer, water, fanta, cola, tea, coffee were all replenished daily. There are also extra items in the room, they are for an additional fee. (ret bul, some other drinks), but we didn't use it, we had enough free. In bars, wine, beer, strong alcoholic beverages. We tried wine and beer, all of good quality. The contingent of guests is very diverse, there are many Europeans, there are Chinese, Africans, as well as people from the East. There are not many Russian speakers, but there were no problems with the language at all. In the bar, one of the waiters speaks Russian well, there is also a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. We took tips in rubles (we took a hundred rubles, so as not to lose on a double exchange rate), we left 200 rubles for the maid every day, waiters, bartender 100 rubles for services. By the way, there are a lot of ATMs near the hotel, I took lira using the fly program (more profitable than in the exchanger) and paid with the same application in stores (the only thing is, it works via the Internet, so I have to provide myself with the Internet outside the hotel). Also, the hotel really liked the protection of animals, there are houses for cats near the restaurant, they are fed there and they feel great there:)

Очень удобное расположение отеля. Рядом исторический центр города. Красивый вид из ресторана, бара, открытого бассейна и зон релакса. Питание разнообразное, персонал в ресторане очень внимательный. Номер оставляет желать лучшего...вентиляция в туалете не работает- вонь. Полотенца, халаты в плохом состоянии. В номере оочень темно, в ванной нет дополнительной подсветки над зеркалом, не говоря уже про увеличительное зеркало. Уборка в номере не качественная, пол моется плохо. Что бы попонили бар надо напоминать. Отель пять звёзд...почему не входит импортный алкоголь, на ультра все включено,? Местный пить невозможно. Из развлечений: пианистка в холле играет хорошо; музыкальная группа в баре поёт очень плохо, старьё... считаю отель на 5 звёзд не тянет

Очень классный отель, качественная, разнообразная еда в ресторане. Шикарное расположение: совсем рядом с центром старого города, но в стороне от людских потоков, близко к аэропорту. Из части номеров отличный вид на бухту и старый город. Собственной территории нет совсем. Пляж небольшой, но всегда есть свободные шезлонги. Спуск в море по лестнице, чистая прозрачная вода, достаточно глубоко, поэтому не для детей.

On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels moving from city to city. The Ramada Hotel is very decent for its money. The rooms are good, there is a piano playing in the evening in March. Tomorrow is a buffet with a large selection. The hall and hammam were partially restored. But we were given 2 dinners as an apology. Beautiful view, close to the center. I recommend it and I'm ready to come back. But not for small children. Swim only from the pontoon. I agree with other reviews: they urgently need to change towels and throw out everything they already have: very old rags.

Расположение отличное-центр Антальи, всё в пешей доступности: старый город, торговые центры, кафе, рестораны. Сам отель по сравнению с прошлыми годами потихоньку сдаёт позиции. Еда в ресторане вкусная,но нет разнообразия , каждый день одно и тоже, фрукты вообще недозрелые, клубники за 10 дней не видели ни разу, хотя на дворе июнь.
Но самое ужасное, что на пляже в один день был сброс фекальных вод - серо-коричневая пена кусками покрывала всю площадь купания, а сотрудники отеля делали вид, что всё в порядке.
Раньше такого не было никогда.
Ну и конечно цена на отель завышена, и это сказывается на спросе: на обеде ресторан полупустой

Один из самых любимых!!! Отличный отель!! Кормежка норм, всегда можно найти по вкусу. Мороженое у бассейна!! Очень очень хороший персонал!! Мало кто владеет русским, но ощущение что ты как дома!! Море-вау!! Выход через туннель в горе , лестница в море сразу на глубину, можно поплавать в скалах. Да замечательный отель, еще и рядом со старым городом и парком

Отдыхали в отеле с 31.07.23 по 10.08.23. Заезжали рано утром, но уже в 11:00 нас заселили в номер. Номер более чем уютный: просторный, с большим балконом, ванная тоже просторная. Уборка номера ежедневно с заменой всех полотенец, постельного белья, всех мыльно-рыльных причиндал, пополнение мини-бара. Еды столько, что глаза разбегаются, за 12 дней так и не удалось всего попробовать. Но больше всего запомнилась черешня, такую приходилось пробовать только в детстве, в Крыму.
Сам отель расположен в центре Антальи, поэтому все развлечения, в том числе шопинг в получасовой доступности. Хотели арендовать машину, но из-за близости развлечений она не понадобилась. Туроператор предоставлял бесплатный трафик до ТЦ. Если этого не хватает, возле отеля можно взять такси, оплата по счётчику (цены приемлемые) .
Персонал старается во всем помочь , начиная от ресепшн и заканчивая персоналом на этаже (может не всегда понимаем язык, но при помощи жестов достигаем понимания). Хочем поблагодарить весь персонал отеля, представителя туроператора Сашу и Московского представителя туроператора Жанну за отлично проведённый отдых.

Pretty disappointing. It was their wedding anniversary, and the hotel had prepared a cake and sweets, which was very nice of them. The food is acceptable, but nothing more, the choice is small. There are places with much better all-inclusive options. The beach is interesting, but it is always crowded at the descent into the sea, so it is impossible to go down into the water normally. The biggest disappointment is the alcohol on the all–inclusive menu, which is only locally produced and of very low quality! In addition, the service leaves much to be desired; everything is good only at the reception, and that's where good service ends. The lobby bar is just terrible, the staff does not speak English and does not know how to make cocktails, they behave as if they are doing you a favor (September 2, 16:00 - a very bad experience). Overall, I regret staying here for 2 nights. One night would be more than enough just to be closer to the airport before departure.

Отличный отель, очень удобное расположение практически в историческом центре. Очень интересно обыгран так называемый пляж, подвешенный на скале, куда можно попасть через штольню, вырубленную прямо из отеля, где всегда чистая вода. Очень вкусная еда, всегда в достатке. Остались самые приятные впечатления. В обратный путь даже не стали дожидаться трансфер, до аэропорта доехали минут за 20-25 за 15$

Городской отель на первой линии для взрослых, умеющих плавать. Архитектору - нобелевская премия. Так вписать все хозяйство в скалы- круто! Номера стандартные и разные, виды из номеров тоже зависят от цены номера.
Еда в 2023 году стала заметно хуже- много овощей и мало натурального мяса[ не фарша]. Заметно, что стали экономить.
В остальном- хорошее место для отдыха, мне нравится. С детьми не рекомендую, для них нет анимации и горок. И глубина сразу 6 метров. Вы спускаетесь по лесенке в море и ...вперёд!

Отдыхали в отеле с 25.02 по 07.03 2023 г. Хороший отель в самом центре Анталии, нас устроило всё!!!! Возможность выбора питания ВН, прогулки по старому городу, большой номер с видом на море, чудесный вид на море и горы, стильный холл, многоуровневый пляж , к которому спускаешься на лифте и другие хорошо продуманные детали, которые делают отдых комфортным. НО…..основной ценностью отеля является персонал!!!! Замечательная, красивая, отзывчивая, готовая помочь в любых ситуациях Лиана, русскоязычная девушка на ресепшн!!!! Очень талантливая и профессиональная пианистка Джамиля, её концерты были прекрасным украшением наших вечеров! Большое спасибо поварам, официантам, очаровательным девушкам СПА, Конечно Али, обоятельного с блестящим знанием английского молодого человека( ресепшн ) Всем БОЛЬШОЕ спасибо за прекрасный отдых!!! Ну, отель, конечно, в общем хороший. Много плюсов, классное расположение и очень красивый интерьер. Огромная проблема с персоналом, очень медленно работают официанты и работники за барной стойкой, зачастую не обращают внимания когда подходишь к бару, не понимают как себя нужно вести и что нужно банально спрашивать, если посетитель хочет что-то выпить. В ресторане очень долго приходится ждать напитков, можно скушать обед не дождавшись пива. Нет зарядок в огромном помещении лаунджа вообще, это очень нужный пункт.

I don't understand the rave reviews, now this hotel ranks among the most terrible where I've been.
The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, 3 is the maximum.
Very tired rooms, sooo! Upon check-in, we were given a room with one single and one double bed, although we needed a room with one single bed. There are no toothbrushes, body cream, hair conditioner in the room. If you ask at the reception, they will give you. The staff is not friendly.
The buffet is a separate story, well, as if there is fish, but I can't say that it's delicious, there seems to be some variety, but everything is the same. But what finished me off was that on the last day in an orange! I got some white worms cut up!!! I showed it to the receptionist, they quickly took the plate away and said they would pass it to the kitchen, neither sorry nor any compliment followed.
The alcohol is local, the cocktails are tasteless, like all drinks. Everything is the cheapest.
Choose any other hotel, but not this one, if you don't want to spoil your vacation and appreciate the comfort you spend a lot of money on!

не далеко от аэропорта,
под наши потребности просто идеальный выбор: старый город Kale içi, парк, магазинчики, порт, торговый центр,
wi-fi везде на территории - всё рядом и удобно.
На ресепшене есть русскоговорящая девушка Лиана, профессионально и оперативно решает различные вопросы, благодарность ей огромная ! ! !
Эврен, Орхан - вежливые и приветливые парни.
Шикарный ресторан с живописным видом на море и Таврские горы(Toros Dağları ).
Очень внимательный персонал ! ! !
Питание выше всяких похвал.
Панорамный бассейн.
В пляжном баре,
Али готовит очень вкусный айран.
С 11-00 часов готовят бомбическое гёзлеме.
Современный спортзал - работает с 7 до 22-30,
Рядом внутренний бассейн, хамам.
Были в 5 раз и ещё приедем.

Еда качественная (всегда свежая рыба на гриле, мясо, фрукты и овощи во всех возможных видах), сервис достойный (персонал очень дружелюбный и быстро реагирует на запросы). Из алкоголя - вина приличные в all, крепкий алкоголь так себе, но мне кажется, в любом отеле есть к чему придраться. Номера большие - но выбирайте по возможности 4 этаж и выше, тк ниже вид на другие здания, а застройка плотная.

I am here now. They put me in the most uncomfortable room, which is located next to the elevator and where someone is constantly walking, the view from the window is just terrible. When asked to relocate, they said that there are no similar rooms, although the hotel is almost empty and there are very few people. There is a very strong bias towards Russians, they lick their fellow countrymen in the restaurant and others too, but they can't remove the dishes from us. I do not recommend this hotel! Хороший отель, очень удобное расположение в городе. Ранообразное питание (вкусно).
СПА и Спортзал уже изношены, но еще не критично. Зона шезлонгов и купания очень понравилась - заходишь в бассейн с морской водой 👍🏻
Отель для маленьких детей не совсем удобен. С подростками и более взрослыми детьми отлично.

Здравствуйте. Очень хороший отель, отличное расположением центре Антальи,расположен около парка и в пешей доступности до старого города. Уборка и сервис на уровне 👍🏻Особенно покорил пляж и выход в море!
Рекомендую.

Останавливались на один день. Были только на завтраке. Еда как нормальная четвёрка. Расположение отличное. Рядом старый город. Прогулялись пешком. Бассейн уличный слишком тёплый, стекла грязные. Пляжа нет, спуск по лестнице. С детьми опасненько. Номер старенький, у нас на 12этаже номер был. Вдали виден море, а внизу идёт стройка.

Отель немного парадоксальный. С одной стороны очень много плюсов:
1. Расположение, при котором все близко: парки, магазины, прогулочная зона, старый город.
2. Адекватная пятерке цена
3. Вполне нормальное питание (не на 5*, без грилей на улице и восхитительных десертов, но нормальное, свежее и вкусное)
4. Пляж- бассейн, на которые возит хороший лифт
С другой:.
1. Нечистота общая: все в пятнах, грязное и очень низкое качество уборки
2. Маленькая зона бассейна и пляжа
3. Полное отсутвие какой-лмбо территории отеля

Отель очень старый. Приятно удивил пляж, выход через туннель в скале. Завтраки не плохие. Рецепшн вроде норм, старались помочь. Просто отель старый, что они сделают то. Уборка была, так себе, полотенца старые, постель тоже. Жили только ради шоппинга в городе, потом уехали в Кемер. Лично мне не понравилось. Кстати брали номер с видом на море, это лохотрон, Там 5-7 см моря видно, вокруг стройка

Гостиница красивая, номера хорошие, кровати удобные. В номере есть чайник, но нет посуды, только бумажные стаканы. Завтрак разнообразный, все и сразу, но есть нюансы.. сухофрукты старые, кофе не вкусный, всё как в хорошей столовой без души. Отношение к клиентам прохладное. Вид из окна даже на море не очень, особенно нижние этажи. Внизу не убранные дворы и стройка. Если ночевать и утром уходить в город то норм.
