The hotel was very nice. The rooms and service were exceptional, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only nitpick is the location within the city - outside of the hotel, the area/neighbourhool itself isnt very clean. On the positive side, its very close to Asiatique

A great hotel, there is a shuttle service to the pier. Amazing breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent.

The hotel tries to give out 4+ stars despite its wear and tear. Service,attention,care but....The buffet breakfast in the Chinese dining room killed me. There are not enough seats at the tables, there are no tables for 2 people.I have to have breakfast with my neighbors regularly. Scramble, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs all look the same.There are few vegetables. Yes , for the welcome coffee and cookies at the reception , special thanks and 5*
