A great place for lunch! We looked into this cafe by chance, and were very pleased with the choice of a wide variety of cafes in this shopping center. Very cozy atmosphere, polite and fast staff. I liked the fact that you can get acquainted with the menu at the counter before entering. The portions are very large and delicious. The feed was fast, within 15-20 minutes. The cuisine is Turkish. I really liked the drinks and hot dishes. I recommend trying Turkish tea.

I came to Ramiz restaurant on 10/25/2023 to order 3 takeaway desserts and found myself in a series of unpleasant surprises. At first, I was asked to go to the checkout to place an order instead of taking it on the spot. As a result, 2 desserts were served instead of 3. But that was just the beginning. Then I was asked to go to the beginning of the restaurant, where I had to put everything with me. One dessert was folded at once. After that, I waited for the receptionist and the waiter to talk to each other. After a few minutes of waiting, I decided to ask for the remaining desserts to be put to me, to which I was told to wait 10 minutes. To which I was told that one of the desserts I had already paid for was written off because it was of poor quality. The question then is to the restaurant, why are there 12 decommissioned desserts on the counter, including not decommissioned ones? As a result, I refused to take any desserts at all. I was offered a cash refund, but I asked for a refund to the card, since the payment was originally made by her. At the time of writing this review, a day has already passed, but I still have not received a refund. In general, draw conclusions about professionalism and service in this institution! Didn't even utter a single word sorry!

Reading the reviews on the cuisine of this institution, I understand that I just went in the wrong day, apparently) the chefs were on the weekend) and the bean salad I ordered was cooked, apparently, by someone who has nothing to do with the kitchen. Since it was impossible to eat ice-cold canned tasteless beans, poured with refined sunflower oil and decorated with a little parsley, a little cherry, a little cucumber, laid out on a plate at all. Naturally, don't set foot in this "restaurant" anymore😁

I highly recommend this restaurant! We visited Minsk twice during our trip and were never disappointed. Everything was very tasty. And the main dishes and pancakes and dessert! The meat is beyond praise.

We were in the evening, the waiters had to wait a long time, because There was almost a full load and they did not have time. We were sitting near the exit to the terrace and some strange people ran there every 5 minutes, which is not particularly convenient when you are sitting near the door and it is cold. You can and should go, but if you choose between this place and the next one, I'll go to the next one.

It was terrible, we ordered several dishes, one of them was chicken kari, a piece of plastic got caught in it, the waiter brought dessert (dried baklava) as an apology, after our not very kind looks she brought another one (a little better), but still the service leaves much to be desired, the forks and spoons were dirty

Also, there was no wait for the waiter on the terrace!
I appeared there two times, and then, once, my friend went out into the hall, and decided to find a waiter, ask for another order of the dish, the young man was chatting sweetly with other waiters near the baron's counter. The girl at the checkout is dark-haired, very friendly, kind. The waitress girl, too. Also about the composition of baklava (or whatever it is).
We approached the vetrina, began to ask about its composition (it was important without bargaining, cheese, because we are allergic to these products), the young man called baklava "with goat cheese", then, the girl who was next to him made an amendment, said that there was no cheese, but some kind of cream, no longer I remember how he reacted violently to the remark, shouted back: shut up.
We visited you on 02/23/2023, I think we won't come back because of the service, but I really wanted to celebrate my father's birthday with you.

In the magnolia dessert, my tooth found a bolt for 10, but without a nut. They offered to remove the dessert from the receipt and bring a new one. My tooth couldn't stand finding a nut. The kitchen leaves much to be desired, there are no questions for the staff.
