If you like Turkish food, Ramiz is the place in Tashkent. Lady Hanaa and I are frequent customers, we like the vast choices of appetizers and entries. Lohmajon, cheese fingers, are a must have for us, beside Ramiz kofte, Ramiz kebab, etc. the place is always clean, the service is great as well. The food is fresh and the prices are reasonable and affordable. I strongly recommend Ramiz for you and your family. Please don't litter 🚯, use recycling bins 🚮. We came and ordered meal for 4 people(different dishes), but they gave every meal in different time and serviced very badly. No napkins before we ask. Some of staffs are very badly serviced. But atmosphere is very nice.

The good restaurant but terrible management.. The terrace is allowed only when you spend 150 thousand soum (appr. 14$) which is understandable when the restaurant is full. However, when the second floor was empty I have asked politely to managers and waiters that I want to sit on the terrace (for the tea and dessert) they have not allowed me.. I think owners does not know that there are such strict rules just to get into a terrace (guys after all the terrace does not have a view to 7 wonders of the world, it's a Turkish cafeteria in a recreational park, chill guys, chill..) And kofte used to be tastier when they first opened..

A cozy atmosphere. We took drinks: tea, coffee and desserts. The staff was friendly and did everything right. The order arrived quickly enough. If you want to have a proper dinner, there may be nothing left but desserts and some drinks. I warn everyone who does not eat sugar and type 2 diabetics that in all teas, except black and green, syrups or sugar are added to the kettle.

I was at Ramiz's restaurant in Magic City. The first impression is just wow! Beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, pleasant view from the window – it's a pleasure to sit there. But the food was very disappointing. The dishes turned out to be completely tasteless, I expected much more. And at the same time, the prices are quite high, which does not match the quality of the cuisine at all. As a result, the place left mixed feelings. The atmosphere is wonderful, but I definitely wouldn't come here for delicious food and reasonable prices.

Tortillas are added to almost all hot dishes as "pillows". The tortillas themselves are delicious, but there are really a lot of them, you should not take bread separately. Visiting this institution left an extremely unpleasant impression. Already at the entrance, the hostess pushed(!) trying to "skip me further", even though I hadn't been at the entrance for a couple of minutes! This attitude towards the guests is unacceptable. The service is low: the waiters are in no hurry to take the order, take a long time to bring the dishes and do not pay attention to the guests. The food arrived cold, which only reinforced the negative impression of the visit. I expected a completely different level of service (the cost of maintenance is not justified at all). The institution definitely needs to train staff and improve the quality of service.
