The girl who "receives guests" at the entrance is just a horror. We came today with my husband, we wanted to sit inside. For some reason, the air conditioner works so that wherever you sit, the wind blows very strongly. I asked if there were tables where it wasn't so cold. The answer is "no, it's like that everywhere." Okay, we agreed to sit outside. It was hot, and absolutely ALL the tables were empty. A girl with a displeased face took us outside and immediately led us to a table. Of all the tables, she offered the worst one - on the side, without any view of the park, dirty, with some kind of table and sofa falling sideways 🙈 she did not explain her choice in any way)) I am already silent that there was not a smile, not the slightest benevolence on her part. We immediately turned around and left. As long as you keep such employees, you will not have many satisfied customers.
