An extremely dishonest seller. On 12/22/2024, we ordered a sofa and made a 100% prepayment. At the time of writing the review, nothing has been delivered yet, the delay has been more than 40 days. A pre-trial complaint was filed.

Don't order anything from them!!!! I ordered a sofa in January, it still hasn't been delivered!!! They said every day we'd send it tomorrow. Now they say he's been on the road for 5 days 🤦🏻♀️ some logistics coordinator's number was sent to me, she doesn't even answer calls or messages! The dates were agreed in advance, as I needed a sofa for the opening of the studio. The deadline has already passed, there is no sofa!!! I asked for a refund, they say there is no money, the accounts are blocked. I wrote a statement to the police and filed a lawsuit! The company itself is supposedly located in Almaty, the sole proprietor for whom I made the payment is actually in Kokshetau!
