⭐ 0/5 We were extremely disappointed with this vacation spot. We specially came to celebrate a birthday and swim, but there are no discounts or bonuses for the birthday boy. We ate at a cafe and spent a considerable amount of money, but they didn't provide any discounts there either. The service is very poor. The waiters work extremely slowly: they can carry one dish for an hour and a half. It seems that this is done on purpose, because renting a tapchan costs 1,000 tenge per hour. I won't criticize the food too much, but the meat turned out to be tough, and the kebabs were very small. The water in the pools was icy cold, and it was not possible to swim properly. There are also no benefits for large families. When asked about discounts, we were told that this was not a government agency. Overall, the service leaves much to be desired. We will never come here again, and we do not recommend it to others. If you're going to come here, think carefully. If you want to get a very bad service and spoil your mood, then go here. 🥲

We often come to randevu after being close to home, we like the food very well, I couldn't tell you about it at a very high level, our food is always hot and beautiful, and in 15-20 minutes everyone comes, the waiters talk politely, they always take messages, they are clean жүреді and as for vide, it's completely different❤️❤️ the water's edge, cool, clean air is the most wonderful place ❤ ️️ ️
