I was really looking forward to it, because I wanted to follow the recommendation of a good result. As a result, it turns out that I was not booked on January 5, but on January 4 without notifying about it. And to my perplexity, the staff replied: "it happens." Justifying himself: "before the holidays, I had to process a lot of calls." I signed up on DECEMBER 3rd, not the day before. I was very upset by this attitude.
