I moved out of the hostel in early January, and since January 12 I have been registered in another city. In February, we sent a utility bill for the whole month. For 2 weeks I asked to recalculate their cost - they refuse on the pretext that they have no data that I moved out, although I showed a passport with another residence permit. On February 26, employees brazenly say - either pay the invoice, or you will pay a fine. There is no other way to call it fraud

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. There are no queues, they were accepted immediately, everything was explained. We solved all our questions in 15 minutes. How nice that the attitude towards people in such places has changed. There used to be queues, commotion, nerves. And now it's a pleasure. Thank you for your work and kind attitude to visitors!!!
