She greeted me, politely asked a question, and in response they were rude to me and sent me to cabin number 2, where they also rude to me. People who are dissatisfied with life are working. A year ago, there was another situation, I brought my grandmother, she was asked to get some document, while she was looking in a folder, the employee started yelling that we were taking up her time, as if she no longer had work to wait until we found this paper, and my grandmother became ill. (when her voice is raised, her legs stop holding.) I quote the phrase of the employee then, 'what are you doing here? Let's die here, I'll lie down with you.' I regret that we did not look into this situation and did not ask for a book of complaints.

On Saturday, 2 windows were open (passport officer and housing and communal services). There is no electronic queue, but I didn't have to wait long. The staff is humane, understanding, explained in detail the procedure, rechecked the documents, helped with filling out and paying. Thank you.

We applied for a passport replacement. We arrived half an hour before closing time, my wife filled out everything promptly, prompted everything, showed it, and issued it quickly. I came for a passport, was offered urgently, paid 80 rubles (replacement in 14 days) and have been waiting for my passport for 25 days....the area is loaded and passports are not prepared on time....It turns out that the passport officers are aware of this, but no one tells the Clints this information....and the money is paid!!!!

Probably one of the best RCTs. I'm not particularly a fan of going to such places because all these queues kill for half a day to banally conclude a lease agreement, BUT everything is different here. Even at the busiest hours (this is in the morning and in the evenings), there are one or two people. Specialists serve quickly enough, and most importantly, it is clear where what is where and why. The contracts are registered quickly enough (literally the next day it was already possible to come and pick them up), but perhaps it somehow depends on the workload and the number of applications submitted. There are places to sit down and fill out any documents, but not that much, although it is not needed there by and large. The only thing that can be called a "scourge" of probably all such organizations is waste paper. Filling out and receiving all these tons of applications and contracts is still fun. It would seem that the 21st century, the age of technology, and we are still running around with these pieces of paper, well, guys, we need to get out of this antediluvian state and somehow improve the application process and get rid of all this waste paper..
