They warned that they were not doing anything to speed up the paperwork, citing technical reasons (they did not explain what the reasons were). And in general, what is this center for, if after 4 working days you need to take the documents yourself to another address, and then pick them up there? Wouldn't it have been easier to take it right away and hand it over? The WTO calls this "one window".
