I've been here once, but....I was surprised by the human attitude towards me. I needed help, very urgently, the woman prompted everything, tactfully answered all my questions, smiled. I did everything in 2 minutes. Thank you to this woman if she's always like this with everyone.

The disgusting attitude towards the passport department's clients, half an hour before lunch, they already hint that the client should come after lunch. Since I insisted on receiving me, I heard a lot of nice words addressed to me while I was being processed. Are these competent workers??? I would like to pay special attention to the lady from the 3rd window who got into a conversation that did not concern her and gave advice to her colleague from the 2nd window so that she would send us for a walk while they had lunch. More than once, a very unpleasant, arrogant person has fallen for her. There was a terrible aftertaste from going to this institution!!!! 04.01.2025

They call about an overdue payment the next day, and when you call them about a leak from a fountain of water in the basement (hot water) for a month, they say your difficulties. The inaction of ZHEU-5 will be paid by us, the tenants (household expenses). You call 115 (five times), and the cart is still there.
