Huge queues, you try to fill everything according to the pattern, you defend the queue, they say what's wrong, you rewrite again and stand in line, and the third time, when your nerves are on edge and you've been there for a couple of hours, the cashier says "Let's pay the fee and I'll fill everything out for you" (why didn't you talk about it before do they say or are they specifically looking for errors - the question is)

The worst RSC in the city.
There is a queue of 10 people - 4 hours minimum service. There is no electronic queue, filling out all forms by hand. There is no automation and a single database.
They lie about the breakdown of equipment for the accelerated issuance of passports. There are no official announcements in the RSC or on the website.

I applied for a certificate of family composition. Everything was done manually, I stood for an hour and a half, and they also started demanding property documents? I came with a passport, the apartment has been owned since 2004, all payments for communal services come to my name.
