I just feel humanly sorry for the staff and I feel sorry for the people. After waiting, standing in line for a couple of hours, where you are constantly being elbowed or shouldered, you begin to involuntarily be rude to employees in response. The questions are more likely not to the employees, but to the owners and designers of this accounting and reference center - who designed this 2x2 square meter building for the entire area?
