Обманывают только в путь) Сначала говорили 3-4 квартал 2024, потом до 30 июня 2025, сейчас 31 октября :D Не считая того, что от буклетов в реальность много чего не перешло (потолок в коридоре не закрыт, а в проводах, всё в песке, дорогу к кольцу не построили, ту, что построили - вся в воде после дождей) Абсолютно НЕ надежный застройщик

Никому не советую этого застройщика. Его менеджеры будет лгать об условиях, затягивать сроки. Сам застройщик будет регулярно нарушать условия ДДУ с позицией "не нравится - идите в суд"

Обманщики. От проекта ЖК аэро после покупки осталось только название. Вместо детских площадок - песок. Вместе барбекю зоны - скамейка. Сдача дома постоянно переносится
