Positive: it is a very beautiful green park. There is a bim and shock market right next to it. Calm and quiet. Negative: There is no one who knows how to leave it clean Jul. And there is no one who knows how to clean. Toys need some maintenance. Alcohol is taken at night. They always leave it dirty.
