Some of the lights in the room are not working, you can't sit on the beautiful terraces of the room - the neighbors smoke there (smoking is allowed everywhere in Georgia). There are no glasses in the room (you need to ask), the cleaning is not thorough (there is crumpled dust in the corners). There is only one kettle per hotel in the breakfast buffet, the breakfasts themselves are modest (scrambled eggs, instant tea, toast, jam) acceptable. A special conversation about the bathroom - the partition in the room is glass, not matte, there is a wardrobe in the corridor, as a result, everything that happens is visible from the room - it is not pleasant.

Excellent location, friendly host, availability of breakfast (not very varied, but delicious), private Parking. We lived in apartments-the room was poorly cleaned, the bathroom was covered in mold, an uncomfortable bed and not very good linens.
