My stay at this institution was caused by a snowstorm that hit Astana on February 8, 2024, and I had no choice but to seek refuge here.
To say that the rooms were in terrible condition is an underestimation; it was more like a war than a hotel. The carpets were dirty, the furniture was broken, and the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. It was disheartening to see the sheer neglect and lack of care throughout the hotel.
The most shocking aspect of my stay was the condition of the doors. Every room had broken doors, and even calling them doors was an exaggeration.
