I bought a bottle of antiseptic with a defect from which it leaked. I returned to show them - instead of looking at what was the matter or explaining that there was no way to return the goods by marriage, they began to "explain" which bottle was whole before and how I treated it incorrectly, to run away from me and simply ignore and serve other patients. There is no relation to the patients.
