I love Rouza for the prices. I am very happy for the developed network, I remember how in the beginning there were wild queues and people were coming from all over the city. Right now it's great - there are no queues, the condors are working, the staff is friendly. But! Neighbors complain that alcohol is being sold to homeless people and other bad people. They then lie in our yard, on benches and just on the ground. We will complain to the district police officer.
