They don't give you what you ask for. I asked for nose drops that are moisturizing, not vasoconstrictive in any way. They gave vasoconstrictor drops with panthenol. Unfortunately, I noticed it after I unpacked it, and my problem is generally a contraindication for these drops. Does the pharmacist not know what he is selling at all, or does he really not care about people?
