Recently vacationed in this place. I liked the tranquility on the beach. Merchants walk a little, unobtrusively. They do not approach the things of vacationers. We swam quietly for a long time and far from the shore, without worrying about the things left on the beach. I liked everything at the hotel too. The room was cleaned daily. We tried to diversify the breakfasts a little. Groups of organized tourists were brought for the weekend, it was a little noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. But on Monday, the silence returned. The remoteness from Pattaya was both a plus and a minus. An expressway with a lane divider is being built in front of the hotel. Soon it will be very difficult to cross the highway. The nearest crossing is at the Ambassador Hotel. When returning to the hotel, you need to drive further to the U-turn, and then return to the hotel. Traffic jams in the evenings, but maybe it's temporary while construction is underway. You can drive from the reception to the road and back by the hotel's electric car. The disadvantage is the absence of a store near the hotel. You can't even buy water. You can eat at the hotel restaurant, but the prices bite.. There are several swimming pools on site. One of them is near the beach. Towels can always be obtained by the pool, can be changed if necessary. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday. Have a wonderful holiday for everyone! My husband and I vacationed at this hotel in May 2023! Separately clean, its own beach, all the pools on the territory are clean, the sea is clean relative to the whole of Pattaya! The food is good, the staff is friendly, a lot of greenery on the territory is a big plus! The rooms are cleaned every day! The only drawback, perhaps, of all hotels (dampness in the rooms), is the strongest moisture It smells a little musty, opening the door on the balcony to ventilate, the floor begins to become damp, things can only be taken out in the sun if the shady side of things does not dry! As for the gels, I was very pleased with their format. The guys replaced the crumbs with large bottles with dispensers, which is a fat and convenient plus. So, next, breakfast!!! Delicious, lots of things) the food in the restaurant is delicious, as is the children's menu. We adults have never eaten children's burgers, I'll tell you cheap and delicious. Cocktails were especially pleased, both with and without alcohol. There are a lot of birds on the territory, they sing songs to you early in the morning, but it's fine and not annoying. The hotel is located right on the seashore, the sand is not particularly cleaned, there are cigarette butts and much more. There were not enough sun beds, everyone got up early in the morning and occupied, but I think it's everywhere in big hotels. You can take a towel for sun beds separately at the bar. And there are palm trees on the shore, under which you can hide from the sun. The hotel is located next to the Ambassador, not close to Pattaya, but those with children who want peace and quiet, go there. Our family really liked it and we will definitely return to this hotel!!! So cool and beautiful

The staff does not understand a word in our language at all, so Google translator will help you, or knowledge of English, they still understand something in it. Breakfasts in hotels are not bad, but monotonous and the choice is not great, for 2 weeks we have not looked at anything. The Botany Beach hotel is located next door, and guests (you know from which country) from this hotel often went to our territory to lie on the sun beds.))) There are a lot of palm trees on the territory, which allows you to lie in the shade when the sun is frying in a childish way. In general, if you like seal holidays, then you are here! If you need active recreation, then you need to move closer to the center. Since the hotel is quite far from the city. To get to the center, you need to call a taxi, the cost of a one-way trip is 100-150 baht, well, for our tugriks 200-300 rubles, the price depends on the time of the trip. In 5 days we met: a cockroach in the room (a small red-haired one), a huge one on the street, two snakes (on the beach at the hotel), geckos (the only ones who did not cause discomfort from the neighborhood). Number. I have a lot of experience in Asia, but here I was most surprised. The location is right on the beach, on the left through 1 hotel there is a yacht parking and a pier. Check-in- someone gets a room right away, but I don't. No water on arrival, no direction to show where you can change clothes after a long flight and go to rest while waiting for a room. The reception response is simply zero. I ask where I can drink water, with a wave of my hand (there). Shoot yourself service. The room was given in the most remote building from the beach, I'm not surprised. I immediately looked at the diagram and asked for another building- the answer is there are no places. Well... you've got a full house. There are no questions about the room, breakfast, or the territory as a whole. Starbucks on the premises is a plus for me. Next, on the negative side, they let crowds into the hotel... just crowds. At first, the Chinese spent half a day chasing huge inflatable balloons. OK, we survived. A few days later, Chinese teen idols were brought to a seaside shoot and 60 paparazzi were launched, who screamed, jumped over their heads with cameras, jumped between sun beds all day, all over the beach, all over the bar. Like locusts! No respect for the guests! From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the crowd was yelling and jumping all over the beach. Not a minute of silence, not to pass, not to go around, not to lie down. When I went to the reception at 3 p.m. with a complaint, they put guards around the perimeter, who yelled even louder in Thai. Minus the ruined day of rest! The hotel administrator apologized later on WhatsApp, offered to compensate with an hour of massage, you'd think my day of ruined rest would get better from this. They brought a bottle of white wine to the room and some fruit. Apparently I had to open the wine with my teeth) In general, dear hotel management! You don't respect your guests, you don't value their comfort and tranquility! That says a lot. I will not recommend your hotel to anyone.
