The place is great but employees are terrible!! They don’t know how to provide good service to customers!! Actually, their attitude is really silly. They try to cheat on guests more and more. And they try to charge hire amount than the actual price several times and always and always. I have already fed up from them!! I have informed several times the cashier that i did not order higher price food. They try to sell what you have not ordered on the fridge. They add bigger prices to the list for your payment. They make you to feel guilty that you are very poor!! And you don’t have enough money to cover your fees. They don’t respect to your values, to your honesty and to your dignity!! There is a very big gap among customers and employees in the cafe. There is a lack of communication between employees and customers!! They don’t trust to your words and to your identity!!

A good pastry shop, friendly staff, a good selection of confectionery products. You can take it for gifts, pack it, decorate it beautifully. I recommend🙌🏻

Excellent pastry shop. Everything is very tasty. The national pastries are incomparable. And Napoleon, it's just a fairy tale. The staff is very polite. I visit Baku a lot, but I only discovered this pastry shop this year. Now, for baked goods and gifts from sunny Azerbaijan, it's up to you.
