We ordered Beshbarmoq for iftar and it didn't taste well. The dough was too salty and there was less "qazi" (meat) compared to other places. We also experienced bad customer service where we had to wait half an hour to get the cheque. Overall 3/10 👎🏻

The food is terrible, we ordered a barbecue, they brought it, and it doesn't even smell like barbecue, as if it's just boiled meat, they started calling the operator, they answered for a very long time, they called us, then write to this number, then we'll consult now, as a result, 2 hours have passed, everything has cooled down, the manager of the establishment said well, if you don't want to eat, no one we did not receive a refund, although we did not even eat, the staff was not competent at all, during the conversation it turned out that the kebabs were really cooked NOT ON COALS, but on the MACHINE, in the end it was not a barbecue, the indifference of the manager of the establishment was simply amazing, during the conversation he spat it could be heard by the sounds, and he did not want to solve the problem in any way, Although it's not our fault that we weren't told that they didn't cook on coals in this particular establishment, no one warned us! Money is wasted. I'll never order there again.

Unfortunately, I have to put a unit. We ordered a Zarafsha dish for lunch today. The waiter lied for 45 minutes about what was ready and was about to bring the order. But when I went to the place where the orders were distributed, the cook said that he had served this dish several times, but apparently another waiter had taken it away. Neither the waiter, nor the head waiter, nor the cook could explain where our order went. The waiter and the crew are incompetent and ignorant people! It's a pity that incompetent employees are recruited in cafes where they cook delicious food. I think the administration will think about what needs to be done not only for the number of clients, but also for the quality of service. As a result, we left without waiting for our order.

Tasteless and stale, the cheapest meat with veins, tough. The carrots are already sour. They took it with them in the evening, the next morning everything stank sour and missing, had to be thrown away. Money is wasted.
The waiters walk like they're in a Michelin restaurant. I poured broth from the kettle beshbarmak, poured it all over the table and got hot drops on my feet. Why ask for such a pitch if they don't know how to make it beautifully?
Not a foot more and I will not advise anyone.

The restaurant is located in a nine - storey building ( the former Detsky Mir store in the city center . This is a chain of restaurants. Quite a cozy spacious place, clean, neat chairs, sofas..... Good cuisine (mainly national and Turkish), not expensive, cook quickly, the staff is friendly (at lunchtime almost all places are occupied) . But there is a problem - parking (few places). But you can park somewhere nearby. And walk to the restaurant.
