I didn't understand the bad reviews. The clinic is beautiful, well renovated, and everything is clean. The administrators speak English and help with all issues. My therapist, Nana Tsibadze, is very pleasant, speaks wonderful Russian, so it's comfortable to communicate, there's no barrier in terminology, everything can be explained in detail. The doctor does not formally conduct an appointment, but asks adequate questions and collects medical history. At the moment, I'm happy with everything. I would like to point out that unfortunately, doctors are not very polite and not very competent everywhere. Even in very good clinics, both in Tbilisi and in Moscow, I had to communicate with both excellent doctors and very average ones. In this case, I liked the therapist, and the clinic itself, too.

I turned to a urologist with periodic pain in the perineum, after palpation I sent only for an ultrasound of the testicles, to my question, and if that's not the case, I replied, "well, look for the problem elsewhere." Such professionalism and 10 minutes of the doctor's time cost 80 GEL. The Internet gives me more information for free. I do not recommend wasting time and money on such incompetent care on the part of a doctor. There are more competent doctors in other clinics.
