DR was celebrated in the VIP room on November 22 by a company of 8 people, aged 35 to 40 years. The order was for 21:00, VIP room + karaoke. We arrived at 21:05 with all the food on the table (all attention: and hot too), which I consider extremely unacceptable when serving a banquet. There were no drinks and glasses yet, the waiters fussily brought what had not yet been brought. This is the first drawback. I would like administrators to take this into account in their work in the future. If it is a banquet at 21:00, drinks, snacks and cold dishes should be on the table. It is necessary to bring hot food in agreement with the client. And it so happened that so far everyone has reached, and this is usually from 15 minutes to half an hour - all the dishes were already cold. Secondly, the karaoke equipment (and it was ordered in advance) was exhibited and tuned in front of us-which is also not correct. When coming to a VIP banquet, everything should be as ready as possible for the reception of guests. Karaoke is good, there are no complaints, the repertoire is any, the sound quality for the VIP room is acceptable. The VIP room itself is also quite interesting, but it was a little stuffy. There is not enough ventilation, but it is tolerable. I liked all the dishes, I bow low to the cook: a lot, tasty and imaginative. In general, the kitchen is on solid 5, I was upset only by serving hot immediately. The prices for the banquet are acceptable, but not very cheap (do not build illusions). The dance floor is large, the visitors are mostly young people from 18 years old and up to a maximum of 24-25. There are very few older people. The music also meets different preferences, which is nice. The waiters are pleasant, the service of the banquet was at a decent level (except for its beginning), but the guys obviously tried their best. Everything is decent in principle, I would have returned to VIP for the second time, I liked it. Having a good company is good everywhere! Thank you for your work.
