A great place to relax outside the city. Fenced territory, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, skewers, clean bed linen. Even if the weather has let you down, your vacation will not be spoiled, because the barbecue is right in the house. There is also a sauna right in the house, if you are warned in advance that it will be heated for you, you will only have to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely return to Paradise!

We were passing through Mogilev, stopped at the "paradise corner". What can I say - it really is heavenly!
Everything is beautiful, thought out to the smallest detail, excellent sauna, well-groomed territory. I don't know what you might not like here, our company is absolutely satisfied with everything. Without a doubt, I will recommend this place to friends and acquaintances.

A wonderful place for good money, clean, warm, cozy, a beautifully thought-out recreation area with a sauna and an oven for creating culinary masterpieces! The beds, linen, steam room and eating area are in good condition. The owner is friendly, told and explained everything.

We were here for the wedding. Everything is clean and tidy. There is plenty of room for 12 people. Lots of dishes, appliances. I'm missing a speaker, but otherwise everything is fine, everyone liked it, we recommend it!

We came to relax in a paradise with families and children for a holiday. The house is not bad, neat. The territory is well maintained and clean. BUT there are nuances and disadvantages:
1. Upon check-in, the owner of the house withdraws the passport, which is strictly prohibited!!!!! Gives a standard contract (this is normal!). Of course there is no document on accepting funds!!!
2. There are actually 12 beds, instead of the agreed 15!!!! We had to look for sleeping accessories (blankets, pillows and bed linen) ourselves (agree, it's not very pleasant in someone else's house!!!!)
3. At the end of the rest, we were asked to take off the bed linen and wash the dishes. Everything would be fine, BUT they forgot to warn us that at a certain time the boiler turns off and there is no heating in the house until the morning, as well as no hot water!!!! Keep these newnotes in mind when choosing this vacation spot!!!!

It was just the two of us, and the whole estate was great for us! It's confessional, beautiful and romantic, especially the fireplace room. It's the best thing for two people, we recommend it to all couples.

Positive :
Nice spacious house with nice renovation. A good sauna in the house. Reasonable price for a house with a sauna. A convenient cooking area has a barbecue, an oven and all this on the enclosed veranda!
Minuses :
Dirty pillows and a blanket with an unpleasant smell. ( they carried their own )
There are no masks on the windows, Get ready that you will be gnawed by mosquitoes and there will be a lot of flies! Stock up on dichlophos) They take your passport. If you have entered the status of a regular customer, then your passport will remain with you)) There is a pond, but it is dirty and ugly.
I give 5 stars for the price-quality ratio and significant advantages of the place!

We stayed in Mogilev, rented this house to roast kebabs in the evening and steam in the sauna, although the weather was nasty. That's when we realized that everything is under one roof! The bath-glass complex is super! I definitely recommend it!

We were here on a holiday. Overall, I liked everything, but there is not enough space for 20+ people. I liked that everything was clean and tidy, a lot of various dishes, skewers, gratings, slippers, bed linen, towels are provided. Our company did not have enough space and time to stay.

I was afraid to book this estate for my holiday, but decided to take a chance and did not regret it once. I read that everything is dirty, raw, and murdered - it's not true! Believe your eyes and don't be afraid to come here on vacation. Everything is clean, neat, an adequate humorous owner.

don't even consider this place for your vacation! the renovation of the manor, if it ever was, has long been outdated and does not give visual pleasure, the rooms are small, the sauna is "leaky": the temperature lasts exactly 2-3 minutes, after which it is necessary to pour water on the stones.the rooms are cold and damp, and the heating turns on according to some murky scheme only in the morning (although, according to the owner of the estate, the temperature of 20 degrees is quite normal), the bed linen is stale and it feels like it's even dirty.in general, this character (the owner) personally has no less claims: he demands to clean and wash the dishes (when it needs to be processed in a special way, who knows how it was washed before us), it is unclear for what purposes he takes his passport (and on the remark that this is illegal, he pretends to be a person who hears about it for the first timewalking around the territory resentfully and imitating a telephone conversation), the dispute is not in my presence with my passport, which he took away and never returned, he passionately checks the state of cleanliness before the departure of the guests (it looks ridiculous), in general, there was a negative impression.It is strongly not recommended to visit!

Everything is great! Beautiful surroundings, convenient location in and around the house) Lovely and sincere hosts) Everything is there for a wonderful holiday, starting from the necessary details to the atmosphere!!! Of course, with a passport it's too much, they don't give it away until there is an eviction. Don't make any noise on the street after 23, this is a private territory, I don't understand what kind of police, as we were told that the neighbors call them themselves. In general, everything is not bad.

Pillows and blankets are dirty, dishes and cutlery are dirty, there are cobwebs in the house, it's dusty in the cupboards, contraceptive packages under the sofas...Flies fly everywhere, both in the house and on the street. It's cold to sleep on the ground floor, stuffy on the top floor. Wi-Fi catches very poorly, and closer to 23 it goes out altogether. On the street "pond" is something... Quiet horror. It is very dirty, it smells of rotten standing water. The fence near the pond is all broken, the whole evening they drove the children away from this wonderful reservoir so that no one would drown. There were old broken toys in the sandbox. This is clearly not the best place to relax with children, however, as well as for adults

I was in Mogilev visiting friends, we rested in this estate, I liked everything, we don't have such. A sauna in the house, and even a wood-burning one, is a cool feature! The big pond where we swam right after the bath is the number two feature! Well, there's a barbecue in the house! Well done, the owner has thought of everything for a high-quality vacation!

We booked the house on the fourth attempt, as it was occupied. There were no disappointments, however, as well as charms. A clean, tidy small house in the suburbs of Mogilev. I was pleased with the sauna, it's nice to be in the house. It's not very pleasant that there is a fence around, I want space, but this is a village. From entertainment - fishing, caught about 20 crucians and carp, immediately fried. On the negative side, the neighbors are close, you won't make much noise. Overall, we liked it. Choosing between houses in Mogilev, we will prefer this one next time, even though we have been to many places.

We were passing through on a business trip, stopped for the night and didn't regret it. A good place very close to the city, the car was parked in the courtyard. The bed linen is clean, towels too.
