On April 4, I was in this institution and this is not my first time driving there, but this time I was very disappointed I ordered meat so it was not possible to eat it at all, it was dry like rubber, what were you cooking from there at all or the chefs changed something in general, now the road is closed there and I will tell my friends more.

In the city center, there is no Parking, but there is a covered veranda on the third tier and tables in a cozy courtyard. Next to the ethnographic museum, opposite is the picturesque Ivan the Terrible Rampart, the Red Bridge. The menu is very standard, but the prices are adequate

I was completely disappointed! Before that, I celebrated the previous two anniversaries here. Everything was good, both the food and the service. This time, the service is below average (thanks, at least they did not refuse our request to take a picture). Considering that there was no one else, we can say. There were companies coming and going. At first, they refused to put on music for dancing under the pretext that there are other guests, i.e. we are not guests with our holiday. I'm not fussy about my requests, but this time it's too much even for me... I definitely won't be coming here to celebrate my holidays anymore.

Delicious pancakes. Of the two places in Polotsk and five in Minsk, it turned out to be tastier here)
It was strange that on Thursday at 8-9 pm we were alone, after 9 another couple came up. The service is fast, we didn't wait long.

Noted by others. We were very disappointed.
1. Very poor menu. There are no desserts at all, except chocolate. One kind of ice cream. Coffee (Latte, Cappuccino) at first it was, then it ended abruptly (how is it?????).
2. There are no waiters from the word "at all". One woman is a bartender, she is also a waiter, and everything else. As a result, she does not have time for anything, does not really know how, etc. Plus she is unfriendly. Forks are not changed, dirty dishes are not taken away.
3. It's cold.
4. To climb to the top, where the toilet is located, you need to have maximum health. If a person is "tipsy", I do not advise it. You won't get there. The stairs are very steep.
5. The meat is tough, tasteless. Knives are so blunt that it is simply unrealistic to cut anything with them.
In a word, we will not go ourselves anymore, and we do not advise anyone...

I take off 2 stars for a very long wait - the salads were waiting for 35 minutes. The salads are delicious, the pancakes are excellent (especially with salmon). It's not very good inside (the ceilings are low, it smells strongly of food), but it's very good outside / on the terrace.
In general, if you take your time, you can safely go.

The first institution they got into in Polotsk, so there was nothing to compare it with right away. We visited this place an hour before closing and were surprised that there were no people from the word at all. The lights were already off in the hall, and the waitress was bored behind the counter. The choice of dishes on the menu is quite good, but the drinks are the problem. There is no draft beer in principle, there were only 2 types of bottled beer, but one of them was not available. Initially, we were surprised by the emptiness in the cafe and on the menu, blaming everything on the coronavirus, but maybe we just didn't get to rush hour. The prices are reasonable, pancakes with sour cream-4p, in a pot with meat-7p. But in terms of price / quality, it is noticeably inferior to the "Upper Lock". There is a summer terrace, which also pleases the location almost in the very center of the city.
