I applied to the RB clinic for blepharoplasty of the eyelids. The doctor made a wonderful impression on me: attentive, professional, inspires confidence. That's why I immediately decided to operate here and made an advance payment. At the preparatory stage, I had to undergo a series of tests. I already had some of them in my hands, and I asked the administrator if they could be provided so as not to take them again. The answer was positive, they gave me a number where to send the documents. When I threw off the test results, I was faced with an unpleasant situation. The Moldir administrator started responding rudely, interrupted, did not give the opportunity to ask the question to the end, and eventually dropped the call. She never gave her name, and later I only found out at the reception when I arrived in person. It was unexpected for me, because before that communication had always been correct. To find out, I came to the clinic personally. At the reception, another employee helped and calmly explained everything. But when I wanted to file a complaint, it was Moldir and her colleagues who intervened in the situation. Instead of making a constructive decision, I had to listen to the fact that I was allegedly the one who spoke rudely. Colleagues supported her, referring to the speakerphone. It looked like pressure and unwillingness to admit incorrect behavior. The doctor of the clinic is a wonderful specialist, of whose professionalism I have no doubts. But I would like to draw the management's attention to the work of administrators, in particular Moldir. After all, it is administrators who meet patients, form the first impression of the clinic and create an atmosphere of trust. My review is not intended to "quarrel" or "incite conflict." I sincerely hope that this case will help improve the quality of service. Patients come here for their health and beauty, and it is very important that they feel respect and attention at all stages — from reception to the operating room.

I did a laser correction using the FEMTO-LASIC technique, everything went well with the doctor Darbuzov R.N. after a few hours, my eyes stopped watering and the pain went away, my eyesight improved, as they said, one eye 80%, the other 90%, since I had astigmatism since childhood, they also say lazy eye. Finally, I don't need lenses and glasses!

I am extremely disappointed with the work of this clinic. I specially came from another city for laser vision correction. I clarified the weight issue in advance, they confirmed to me that there are no restrictions and you can come for surgery. As a result, already on the spot, after all the time, money and expensive expenses, they refused to correct me precisely because of my weight. That is, the information provided in advance turned out to be unreliable, and the clinic did not take responsibility for this. As a "solution" to the situation, I was offered discounts on the ticket price for the next time, which looks like a formality and does not compensate for the nerves, time and money spent. Especially considering that the problem was caused by the clinic itself. I consider this attitude towards patients to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If the clinic has strict restrictions, they should be honestly and clearly stated before the patient arrives, not after. I do not recommend it, especially for those who travel from another city and rely on pre-agreed conditions.
