The house consists of 4 entrances and 9 floors, there are 4 apartments on the site, on the 1st floor there is a pharmacy, shops, a cookery and a dining room. When opening the apartment door, it knocks on the neighboring apartment. In the courtyard there is a playground, a football arena, and a workout area.

It's a nice house. Very warm. The courtyard is landscaped for outdoor activities. The disadvantages are a lot of cars and a small parking lot.
