We contacted this company to rent a car to go to Lake Kolsai. We were told that renting a lexus car costs 70,000 and then they said that it would be 90,000 to Kolsai. We agreed. Like all companies, they signed a local agreement that is illegal, where they write their own terms and penalties that are not legal. They say that they have restrictions of 110 km on the highway, but in fact some places of the highway can be 120 or even 140 km. When you drive along this highway and exceed 110 km, they will issue you a fine for each kilometer using their GPS tracking, which is also illegal, and so they write to you and accumulate fines like It happened to us. This case happened to us when we were already driving in the steppe where there were no people, no road signs, and there was a speed of 110, supposedly according to their GPS, we were driving 170, and when we drove into the village, they remotely turned off our car, we couldn't go any further, there was a 3-year-old child with us, they kept us on the road for 3 hours and we created an emergency situation because we couldn't drive to the side because the car wasn't working. This is how the company earns money for people, not through renting a car alone or through damage, which is possible, let's say, as in the classics, everyone looks at the car, takes pictures from all sides, keeps a video or photo recording, and they have cars and so on everything stoned is dirty from the inside. They asked us for 300,000 by transfer and until we pay, they will not connect the car. This happened to us. We stood there for 3 hours. In the end, we did not reach Kolsai because we had only one day and we are not residents of Almaty. After we stood there for 3 hours, it was already impossible to go to kulsai because it was already dark. There was no point. I told them that I would take a taxi back because the car would not start. After I told them that I was leaving the car and taking a taxi back, they turned on the car remotely, the fine was canceled, and this is proof that this fine is illegal. Careful, everyone, this is a scam.
