I definitely recommend Alesya Natskovich! A professional in her field: she found buyers for the sale of the apartment as soon as possible. Before that, I had signed an advertising contract with other popular advertising agencies in Minsk. As a result, they were fed promises that there were already people ready to buy an apartment, but they lived in another city, so we had to wait, and then to extend the term of the contract, they came up with a thousand excuses (one of them: buyers had urgent business and they will arrive in a couple of weeks). What immediately catches your eye when working with Alyosha: professional photos for advertising sites and the availability of expensive promotion tools on the same sites (your ad will flash in front of the audience as often as possible. Next, I am ready to show the apartment at any time and adjust to people (when I was looking for a two-room apartment myself, most of the agents replied that they would not go to show the apartment so late, and on Sunday they did not answer the phone at all). There's a person here who adapts 100 percent to everyone. And what is very, very important: she was in touch at all stages of the apartment sale and answered all questions in detail. We used the services of the long-term rental department of this agency when searching for an apartment. We are very happy to work with them. We were always in touch, we talked very pleasantly, we did everything so that we could close our issue with the apartment as soon as possible. In addition, everything is very clear: we liked the apartment, we wrote and were guided by the conditions, set a viewing date, introduced to the owners of the apartment and on the same day we signed a contract and moved in there.
